We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

CanadaCheck in was for 4PM. WE had to wait an extra 3 hours to get into the kitchen room we requested. Staff advised all summer staff had left and they were short staffed. Said they would call when room ready. We had planned to eat in the kitchen room at dinner but instead had to eat at the restaurant at the hotel. Checked after dinner and the original Reception manager who was supposed to call us had gone home and the other reception person took awhile to sort out getting us into the room.
Rooms were good. We had 3 King rooms and one king bed was tight against the wall which was commented on by user. Beds were very comfortable. Stairs to 2nd floor were manageable. Room clean and bathroom was exceptional with tub and walk in shower.

CanadaIt when we checked in. Placed our stuff in the room, had our dinner in town and walked around. When we got back to rest, we noticed a water dripping from the ceiling near the window. We placed the recycling bin to keep the carpet dry. Also, found a dirty plastic cup underneath the dest in between the beds. Carpet needs to be shampooed as there’s a lot of stains.

United States of AmericaThere don't to seem to be many options in the town so I guess that is how they justify their inflated prices for what you get. But it's a lot of money to pay for a place that was just OK.
We only stayed one night, but the room itself was clean and comfortable. The common areas were dated and not as clean - the carpet was ripped and it smelled a little funny. Location was good, one block off a main street with easy access to restaurants, coffee shops and a short walk to the lake.
