We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaThe sign for the property wasn’t lit, so we missed the property on our first try in the dark. The breakfast offering was meagre. We rearranged the room to get sufficient light, and to be able to plug in devices for charging.
Our room was as advertised, but with the addition of a refrigerator they hadn’t mentioned. The bed was comfortable. The room was quiet. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

The wallpaper was peeling quite badly, and the absence of a fridge was quite disappointing. The ice machine was also a bit unreliable, with ice frequently getting stuck. However, if you’re in good company and simply need a place to sleep, this spot offers good value for your money.

CanadaNot enough tables for breakfast. Not enough variety for breakfast. For a large hotel, only 4 tables. We didn't end up staying for breakfast...tables full, only 1 coffee pot (empty). Only toast and cereal offered for breakfast. Did not see any milk for cereal and no peanut butter for toast. Also only offered until 9am. Would be better at least until 10am. A little restaurant attached to property closed @ 10pm Fri and Sat and 8pm on Sunday. Would have visited every night if it was open later. Need a few more plug in areas in rooms.
I booked because of price, free parking, breakfast included, fridge, wifi and air-conditioned. Reception staff was very friendly and housekeeping staff did a wonderful job.

CanadaThe rooms are outdated and have visible wear and tear. The carpet was dirty looking. The ceiling had patches flaking off. The lampshade looked smoke damaged. The neighbors screen was cut/shredded. The one camera that was set up watching the side of the building did not work. The outside walkway was filthy and full of spider webs. The shower does not accommodate large people in the spa tub rooms.
I liked the privacy and that it was fairly quiet. The room was quite large. The spa tub was awesome. The house keeping was great at keeping our towels fresh and room cleaned.

CanadaNeed updating the light fixture, one of the bedside light is not working, curtains need to change as they already rip and coming off from the curtain rod. Need thorough cleaning including the behind of the cabinets and under the air conditioner for they have cobwebs showing already. I guess cleaners are in hurry that they don’t notice.
Good location, staff are very nice and accomodating. Did not expect that they do housekeeping every day like changing the bed and collecting garbage, but they did exceed my expectation. Got the value for what we spend.

Check in staff is really nice, he knew all the bookings. I only told him I booked 2 rooms, he aldy knew who I am, very nice and impressive. We didn't request fridge in room which cost $10 but our rooms have fridges.
