The property was fabulous & had everything we needed. The apartment is great, well equipped & spotless. The location is idea for anyone who wants a base & then visit other parts of the island, which is what we wanted

I really don't have anything I didn't like. There are always a few things that are more comfortable at home, but that is normal.

It is a lovely location with a good view. It is well equipped and our host was very friendly without being intrusive. Other than the occasional footsteps from upstairs, very quiet. It was so nice to enjoy sitting outside in the shade under the deck and not having to worry about work in the garden. It was very relaxing.

Honestly there was not much to not like. If you forgot anything it was there. If you need something just ask.

The instructions to get there and the code were sent a week early as promised. I texted on arrival and the communication was excellent. The host and I talked a couple times and any questions I had, she was able to help and give suggestions. They definitely know the island and are willing to help out. 100% will stay there again in the future. The view of the lake with morning coffee was so serene and peaceful. Would recommend to anyone going to the area.

Very clean, quiet and lovely mountain view which you can enjoy from nice patio. Our stay was short but longer stays could use bbq. Had thought of everything. Kitchen was well stocked with basic cooking necessities.

I always love it if there is some milk in the frig to enjoy a cup of tea on arrival. I am fussy I like fresh milk!!

Hosts sent detailed text with directions and said hello when we arrived. Exceptionally clean, well laid out with thoughtful touches like coffee beans and coffee grinder. Easy walk into town.

Perfect stay for 2 nights to explore the surrounding areas. The accommodation looks exactly like the pics.. so comfy and clean and very peaceful. Loads of books and games available if your into them. We had a game of scrabble over a few cans of beer. Check in and check out went super smooth. Gorgeous view of the surrounding mountains through the living room windows.

We loved our stay in this beautifully appointed, quiet suite that's just minutes from town. The view of the valley is gorgeous, and the guest suite opens on to a lovely garden with patio furniture. Leslie is a friendly, helpful, and thoughtful host who cares about guests having a pleasant experience in Lake Cowichan. We enjoyed meeting Oliver the Cat on his outdoor rounds, and even Callie the Cat too! Highly recommended.

Location, views, garden, internal decor, thoughtful inclusions, complimentary Netflix service, outdoor seating, bbq, on-site parking. It was very comfortable and homely. Highly recommend it.
