The suite is quite old and needs a facelift. Hot water is erratic, beds not that comfy. Location is great but can be very noisy as right over a pub.

Location was very central - could walk everywhere. Not a fancy suite but good value for the price and great for a short stay.

Towels were too small. No instructions on how to use anything - especially the recycling requirements as I'm sure there could have been more waste we could have recycled. Door code stopped working at 9.30am on the day we left, even though checkout is not until 10am - we were downstairs in the basement dealing with the garbage and couldn't get back into the room that had all our luggage in. The ski locker padlock was very tricky to use, so we ended up leaving our locker unlocked.

Lovely apartments, good size for a 1 bedroom, enough room even when using the sofa bed, good facilities, needed the washing machine will all the ski clothes we had - the free tin of dishwasher and washing tablets was very handy. It was well heated and the fireplace was a nice touch. It was a good location in the centre of town with a short walk to the slopes. The reception were very helpful. The hot tub was lovely in the gym.

We had a problem with the water in the bathroom shutting off, went to the front desk, which is in another building and were told to call bookings.com since we booked through them. She said they don’t have anything to do with the rooms. Fortunately the water came back on after a short time. Also, the garbage/recycle situation is ridiculous. You are required to take all of your garbage and recycling out both during your stay and on departure and it’s in the basement no where near where you exit the elevators or stairs.

Needs better instructions for recycling and ski storage We had two garbage bins - as not Canadian we didn’t know which was for recycling or normal waste. Also need clearer signage for where and when to put the garbage. I was wandering around the storage and car park area trying to find where to leave the garbage bags. Ski storage locate had wrong code inside door of apartment so have to get new one from reception. Could do with a bit of a paint refresh and maintenance as looked dated and had signs of wear.

Great location in the centre of Whistler, close to all amenities. Comfortable apartment and I really like the fire as it made the lounge cosy. Bedrooms and other rooms were clean and the kitchen equipment was fine; plenty of everything you would need for a holiday, including ironing and washing facilities. I found the reception staff helpful and happy to assist. We were located in Eagle Lodge.

The place is probably one of the oldest buildings and needs some upgrades and better maintenance. Booked for 4 people and was put in Bear Lodge. ski locker totally inadequate for 4 guests. fold out bed uncomfortable. Had a wet dog smell that needed a scented candle. carpets, door and paint should be replaced/redone. Hot tub was in a separate building (Deer lodge) and really small and could not cater for many guests staying. For approximately $500 per night (Jan 6 to 11) expect a lot better than this and would stay elsewhere next time.

Stayed at a similar place at Bear. The unit this time however was across the street from the nightclub so it does get pretty loud. Unfortunately our room had towels uncleaned and left in the washer. It shows they may not have thoroughly cleaned or checked the unit.

the bed was hard, the pillows were too soft, the drain in the bathtub and sink were clogged. When we entered the suite it smelled as inclosure, like wet dog hair and it needed ventilation. We opened the windows to freshen the place.

Getting in and out of your hotel is a huge pain. We booked two rooms and they were VERY far from each other and it took a lot away from the stay. There was no pool, only one hotel has a hot tub.

Pull out couch bed was terribly old and uncomfortable. No cable channels, no movie channels, no Netflix or Prime. Needs updating as there's only dvd and cd players in the room. Found strangers hair every where. Not enough coffee, hand soap or dish soap. Lots of construction next door and beneath us waking us up early.

Good location. Self check out. Gym and hot tub access. Polite Vacasa staff and reception.

Housekeeping took a while to get back to us(1 hour). We just wanted more towels for the hot tub. The coffee pot was broken so were the drawers were broken. At night you can hear the party goers till 4 in the morning, even with all the windows closed.

The hot tub was nice and so were the staff.

Cleaning could have used a slight improvement for our particular unit and we were missing a few supplies (laundry soap) that we needed to go pick up.

Really amazing location as you’re right in the middle of the village. Underground parking is a nice benefit with a lower cost than the surrounding brand name hotels. Lots of space and comfortable unit for the two of us. Really quiet at night inside the building.
