Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The location is very good , great view of the marina and sea planes . Beds very comfortable . Breakfasts really tasty .

I arrived early and was travelling alone - the check-in staff were super friendly and were able to find me a room that was ready earlier than check-in time. I was very appreciative of this as I could then settle in and thoroughly enjoy my day in Vancouver. The staff in the cocktail lounge were also super friendly and I had a lovely time reading, sipping cocktails and snacking on delicious finger food - all on my own. Highly recommend this hotel and will return when next in Vancouver.

CanadaWe had an issue immediately upon checking in with the mini fridge as it was leaking pools of water. The staff had came, checked the fridge and cleaned it up but it appeared to still be leaking a little here and there over our stay after they reassured us it was working fine.
The bayshore is located in close proximity to Robson street and Stanley Park making it so convenient to visit these areas. The area around the hotel as well as the views of the harbour are amazing! Our room itself was pretty standard and relatively clean and had everything that we needed/expected. The service offering of the bike rentals was great as we had the opportunity to bike around Stanley Park each morning at no additional cost and this made our stay here that much more enjoyable! The staff were also very friendly and helpful when we communicated with them.

United StatesLoved the location! The hotel is on the bay and wharf. It’s adjacent to Stanley Park, restaurants, the sea wall and close to downtown. It was wonderful to walk to most places. The hotel staff were very friendly, helpful and accomodating. The hotel is updated, rooms are a nice size and very comfortable. The spa, pool, and gym are a plus. Would highly recommend!

United KingdomWhirpool jets were poor in the hot tub, so it wasn't a proper jacuzzi so was a bit disappointed there but think they're revamping soon anyways.
The bed was massive and so comfy! Big bathroom and room, plenty of space for things, mini fridge and microwave was great too! Nice spin studio and pool facilities and great that you can access the gym and spin whatever time you wanted as I had jet lag so was up early and made use of that.

Everything!!! This hotel has everything you need for a staycation. You don’t have to leave at all if you don’t want to. But if you do, there’s beautiful restaurants within sight of the front entrance. The property is beautiful. Feels like a resort. You’re right in the seawall. The pool is amazing.
