Fabulous rural location - quick drive to local attractions, golf courses, restaurants. The private room with ensuite had everything we needed - coffee maker and coffee, fridge, microwave. Nicole and James were great hosts providing a varied and delicious homemade breakfast daily (the Eggs Benedict were wonderful). They offered suggestions for restaurants and very knowledgeable about the sights around the island.

Nicole and James are wonderful hosts! They provided options for eating in the area, served me a vegan breakfast, and were so kind and generous people. The room was perfect for our stay (king room with a private entrance and balcony). I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends!

The hosts, Nicole and James, were outstanding. They went above and beyond creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere and anticipating guests' needs. In addition the breakfast, including the quality and variety, was an absolute treat. We would highly recommend Lookout Inn for anyone looking to stay on PEI.

There’s nothing that I didn’t like but more of a personal preference since most people enjoy soft cushy beds and fluffy pillows but I’m the complete opposite.

It’s a very clean and inviting property and the service was top notch. The owners are very attentive and friendly, you can tell that they put a lot of care into everything. The dining room is lovely with lots of character. We also enjoyed interacting with their cute dog, Cookie!

The breakfast was exceptional and had the option to eat in the room or come for their dining room. The family was so sweet and enjoyed meeting the children. The location was centrally located so we could sightsee all around.

What a little gem! We loved our stay at the Inn and the bed was the most comfy bed we stayed in on our road trip through Nova Scotia and PEI. We stayed in the Blue Room and it is large, clean, cozy, quiet and has everything you need. The coffee machine was amazing and the hosts will bring breakfast to your room at the time you wish to eat. The breakfast selection is endless and the food is absolutely delicious. I am recommending this Inn to all my family and friends. A must stay! We loved it and the hosts were so friendly and accommodating. We will definitely go back if we visit the area. Beautiful place to stay.

Loved that Nicole went the extra mile to give us suggestions of places to see and places to eat. The whole family was great and welcomed us warmly. The view was lovely and the room was spacious and spotless. Breakfast was superb!

Hosts were very accommodating and had wonderful suggestions for things to see and do. They felt like family! I liked the option of eating breakfast (which was delicious and fresh) in the room or in the dining area. The Turret room was airy and comfortable- very well decorated. Easy to find and located close to everything we wanted to see in the area.

We are on a road trip to discover Canada’s eastern provinces and I booked a room here last minute. The host Nicole was so friendly and wonderful; even suggested some great places to see and a really good restaurant for dinner. The room was cozy and the bed was sooo comfortable (this was important since I’m pregnant). Bathrooms were clean and provided with everything that you need. Small details like robes to wear and q-tips, makeup pads were provided that we highly appreciated! We also had the option to join everyone for breakfast or have breakfast delivered and eat in our room (we wanted to join our second morning but both of us slept in!) All to say, we will definitely be recommending this place to family and friends and we will definitely stay again if we come back!

Nicole and her family are wonderful hosts - friendly, conscientious and really helpful with recommendations for dining in the area. Breakfasts are delicious and you are provided with the option of having it delivered to your room! The room was comfortable and quiet and provides a cosy place to rest after a day of exploring the area. Location is great for visiting the central coast of PEI (although most spots on the island is a short drive away.) We loved the Lookout and wouldn't hesitate to return or recommend to friends.
