Attractive and seemingly secluded thanx to surrounding gardens. Indoors bright lights and wide corridors gave an open feel. The staff were superb at all times.

Our only problem was I forgot to book reservations for supper and they weren’t able to accommodate us at the last minute. Was totally my fault. We did get to experience the exceptional restaurant in the morning for breakfast and it totally had up for my error the night before.

Everything from driving into the property was stunning. Felt so safe and comfortable and staff were unbelievable, very attentive to every detail. We never wanted to leave 🩷

The restaurant's wine list needs a little updating.

Everything about the hotel was luxurious. The many staff were always eager to assist. The grounds are lovely. The location, a short walk from the festival theater, is perfect. Room service was fast. Breakfast was delicious.

No suggestions for improvement

The Bruce was among the best hotel experiences we have had anywhere in the world. Every single staff member was welcoming. Every possible consideration had been given to ensure guest comfort. I especially appreciated having coffee on our balcony. The restaurant food quality was excellent. We recommend the Bruce most highly.

Perhaps the view from my room but still absolutely no complaints. It was lovely to have tea and cookies outside on a beautiful morning!

The breakfast was wonderful! I was celebrating a 40 friendship. We were treated to mimosas on the house. Everything was wonderful! I’ll be back!

Breakfast was included at hotel and it was exceptional, beautiful patio or inside dining room.Hotel location was perfect for either going downtown or short walk to waterfront park were Stratford festival theatre is located. Personel were all perfect, clerks,room service,restaurant .Could not be better.

The Bruce Hotel was amazing! The staff (particularly Rebecca) was so nice and thoughtful and all of the little added personal touches like butter tarts when we arrived, fortune cookies at night, helping with dinner reservations was so great! They went above and beyond our expectations. Breakfast included was amazing! Cookie hotline was great! The bed was so comfortable and the black out blinds really helped us get a great sleep. The pool and hot tub was great, clean and private.

limited choices for vegetarian and my only concerns were related to the restaurant. the menu didn’t clarify if the eggs were free range and didn’t mention the provinces of the meat options. gluten free/ vegetarian requirements were limited. staff very helpful when this was understood. I feel more vegetarian options should be available in such a high level restaurant
