Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

So glad we chose this instead of a hotel, family have been commenting to everyone how nice this was compared to others we have been to in the past. Spacious house, with everything you need, towels, Coffee machine, some snacks, even a full sized barbecue grill Even a baby cot and baby chair! Kitchen fully equipped with all utensils you need Was like home from home Kids absolutely loved it! I really loved how the rooms were laid out Owners gave a good discount for an extra night (Thank You :-)) Looking forward to visiting again next time we go Niagara Falls

CanadaThe house is really nice , big , clean and organized. It has 3 bed rooms upstairs with queen beds size and the basement has 2 bed rooms with queen bed size and 1 chiled bed good for baby or kids age 9 years old maximum. The house is really better than the pictures you saw,you will find everything you need as a family. Its like a 5 stars hotel or even better. I really recommend this place for everyone. Its 19 minutes away from Clifton hill where the skywheel is and all the intertament places that you need. It's located in a very quiet neighborhood.

CanadaIt had everything what a family would need for their stay. Room sizes were pretty decent. Each room had its own TV. I loved how the host has put baby purees when they knew that I had an infant too. They have a nice and cool nursery too. Overall, a great value and stay !!

CanadaWe did not like that the hot water would run out during one shower. I would look into hot water on demand if I were the owner. Also the kitchen wasn't completely clean. There were Onion skins in a cupboard and dusty on top of the fridge and the baseboards were dirty.
We liked that the kitchen had a lot of applicable useful items. Silverware, plateware cookware.
