You have no wifi in the room and no electricity or running water, but you have ways to cook and wash anything with the things given by the structure

The place is a very nice place in the nature where nobody disturbs you. It is a very romantic atmosphere which allows you and your parthner to enjoy a nice staying while having nothing to worry about and completely disconnect from everything else.

Such a nice site with everything included, water, ice, wood fire! Many spaces outside to discover and hang out. We loved everything about our stay!

We loved their Tents and the club house. The minute care they have taken on small small things inside the tent needs to be appreciated. The clubhouse had the minimum needed things like coffee machines with pods, toasters, games and cosy upper deck where you can sit and watch the sky. The common restrooms were kept clean all the time. And we enjoyed the swimming pool in the morning. I didn't get the person's name but she was so helpful l, suggested us good pubs and brunch places in North Hatley.

Maybe we could get the bed linen for free if we stay more than one night.

The place is amazing, great stay. Really nice to make a fire outside the cabin. Beds are comfy and clubhouse is a great place to meet with others.

It felt like you where staying at someone chalet while they were away - all the comforts available at yor finger tips, well placed out to see and find. The beds were comfortable and the view from our chalet was pretty too. I was surprised at how large the balconies attached to the chalet was -great for entertaining all in all I will stay a bit longer the next time around Elizabeth

Great nature experience! Super calm and cozy, we had everything we needed to spend a great time! Our only regret is that the weather was not so good and we didnt have the occasion the enjoy all the activities we can do here!

The location was very nice. Inside the forrest on the hills. We bought some firewood and had a lovely campfire. We did not know much of the place and facilities, so we came quite unprepared for the camping experience. We did not bring speeling bags or linnen. The staf was very nice and helpfull, and had spare linnen and duvet for us to borrow.

We booked a chalet with bathroom and kitchen but ended up in a tent with no facilities. It was explained that “we have trouble with the App” but looking at past reviews this has been the issue for a year or longer. If you choose to stay here you definitely need to confirm what you will be staying in. As we left another guest was discussing about exactly what happened with us.

This property was not as advertised, it was too far for my dog, not advertised, needed to bring bedding, not advertised, needed ti walk distance with a wheelbarrow. Not advertised, extra fee for bedding & per fee, all not advertised! I could not stay! There was no way to each Booking . Com, no telephone number, no contact. I have filed a dispute with my bank. I will file an official complaint complaint with the Vermont state attorney division of consumer fairs, a state and federal complaint! This was deceptive, misleading advertising. I never stay or book with booking/com ever! I will pursue with with Visa and my bank & I will be reimbursed!

There is very little "glamp", this is basic camping in a cabin. There is no electricity or running water. The main building is far from the cabins and it only has two toilets and two showers so they are always busy. They were having problems with their app and we didn't get the cabin we reserved on Booking. Lovely spot but overpriced for what is is.

The location is amazing, very quiet. The staff is nice and helpful.

I made the booking to stay at the Elixir chalet, but instead I wss forced to stay at the L'air, which was way smaller than the Elixir one. The staff were at fault for this, supposedly there was a bug in the app and somebody else was already staying at the Elixir chalet. When I spoke to the employee and explained that I was not supposed to stay at the small chalet she didn’t care, and she gave us attitude when we were explaining our situation, and she said she had a lot of problems with the app, and respectfully, if that is the case this is not my fault and they should fix this on their end. On top of that, I was still charged the price for the big chalet, I was not even offered a discount. I think it is very unfair that I was charged money for accommodations I didn’t even get and I would like some kind of compensation. Thank you.
