Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

CanadaThe shower takes a VERY long time to warm up, so be patient. There was only one bath robe as well, where the room was meant for a couple. Also the movies on demand should be updated. All of the shows "still in theatres" were not in theatres...
Very clean and professional. Sheraton gives a crisp detailed impression when you first walk in the room. Nice view as well.

United Statespool/water park wasn’t enjoyable because was so many people, hot tub has a policy of no children under 16 years of age that wasn’t fallow at all. Next morning we got woken at 9am by staff trying to enter the room 3 times, the only thing that stop them was the security latch on the door when I got to the door they walked away when I said hello they shouted check out check out. ridiculous.”

CanadaDidn't like how the tub was run down, the bath tub plug was all rusty and gross, the shower didn't have as much pressure as it should have due to calcium build up on the shower head and half the water just poured out the spout. The food at the restaurant inside the main doors is super expensive with horrible food, the ribs were literally all fat with 3 bites of meat, the salmon was dry and the bacon chicken burger - the bacon was like jerky and the chicken was under cooked and even the fries were over cooked and old.
My kids loved the pool, and the beds were comfy. The staff were super friendly.

CanadaI was a little bit put off by the smell when you turned the shower on...unfortunately it smelled like the drywall was molding or something was molding I wasn't sure.
The restaurant had really awesome stuff for breakfast. Lots of variety I suppose. The pool was awesome my kids loved every second of it and I loved the fact they had a little paddling pool for smaller kids that was really cool.

United KingdomRoom was right in front of elevators and so it was very noisy. Asked for us to be moved as we had travelled from the UK and wanted a quiet night's sleep - but the check in staff assured me this was a quiet room. It isn't and so would not recommend that room if you're staying at the hotel.

United KingdomThe hotel doesn’t have an airport shuttle service for guests, which was puzzling as they do have two airport shuttles, but these are only available to airline staff. This was a bit annoying as I’ve yet to stay at major airport hotel that didn’t have a shuttle option for guests. The rooms are also a little dated and do need some tlc. This didn’t ruin our trip or anything, but some investment into the rooms is definitely needed to make this a perfect hotel to stay at.
The room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast is also very good value for money. The pool and slides are also great fun and well worth the extra charge to the room.
