Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomWe knew the rooms were a bit dated before we stayed, but the smell in the room was musty and the blinds were broken and wonky.
The bed was big and really comfy and the falls view was exactly as we expected. We also liked the fact this hotel is one of the last on the street so it was a lot quieter and helped us get a good nights sleep. Staff were pleasant and we managed to check in slightly early.

CanadaOur room had some mould on the ceiling in the bathroom and the bathroom door wasn't able to lock as the door wouldn't fully close. I was a bit surprised by the added facility fee (4%) which wasn't mentioned when I booked and that parking ranged from $30-$65/night plus tax on top of the room cost.
Great location and comfortable beds! I chose a horseshoe falls view which did not disappoint and the pool was very nice too. Their restaurant Turtle Jack's was also pretty good for breakfast.

CanadaDidn't like that I had to push for a high floor (above 9) even though I booked and requested it over a month ago. We were going to be given the ninth floor for the second time even after choosing to wait 3 hours for a higher one to become available, but the 12th floor was available the whole time. Obviously they just give the lowest floor available and hope you don't push back.
Room was clean, cleaning staff was great and took the initiative to call maintenance to fix our bathroom light. Tub had great pressure and both cold and hot water.
