Check in and services need improvements! Rooms are very out dated! View of the falls is obstructed but they still charge like as if you are getting an unobstructed view! Be aware!

The room smelled and a little outta date but it was big and roomy which we liked. They should get new carpet in room and think about up to date furniture

The hotel staff Singh was fantastic she should be the hotel manager (maybe she was) I don't know I hope I have the right girl but anyway exceptional.

We knew the rooms were a bit dated before we stayed, but the smell in the room was musty and the blinds were broken and wonky.

The bed was big and really comfy and the falls view was exactly as we expected. We also liked the fact this hotel is one of the last on the street so it was a lot quieter and helped us get a good nights sleep. Staff were pleasant and we managed to check in slightly early.

All white lights and very cold and dull atmosphere. The bed covers and pillows didn’t look fresh. In general the room didn’t look very fresh! We only liked the location!

I thought there was a hot tub based on the pool pictures! I should have read more thoroughly!

The pool was lovely and we had a nice view of the river with a little bit of the falls.

Our room had some mould on the ceiling in the bathroom and the bathroom door wasn't able to lock as the door wouldn't fully close. I was a bit surprised by the added facility fee (4%) which wasn't mentioned when I booked and that parking ranged from $30-$65/night plus tax on top of the room cost.

Great location and comfortable beds! I chose a horseshoe falls view which did not disappoint and the pool was very nice too. Their restaurant Turtle Jack's was also pretty good for breakfast.

Wi fi was useless didn’t get the with view that showed when I selected the room. Parking was dearer than advertised unless you want to park elsewhere.

Booked for a treat whilst visiting Niagra falls from England. Payed for the view of the falls and that's what we got. The room was nice and clean. Friends lady on the front desk.

Didn't like that I had to push for a high floor (above 9) even though I booked and requested it over a month ago. We were going to be given the ninth floor for the second time even after choosing to wait 3 hours for a higher one to become available, but the 12th floor was available the whole time. Obviously they just give the lowest floor available and hope you don't push back.

Room was clean, cleaning staff was great and took the initiative to call maintenance to fix our bathroom light. Tub had great pressure and both cold and hot water.

The halls were dingy and needs updating. We also did not have an ice maker on our floor. We had to go to the 3rd floor for ice

Room size if good, bed was comfortable. Bathrooms were big and cleaned. Only issue is the entire facility has outdated look which makes it feel that there is no care taken to update the facility

Wifi Connection was not so good. No Breakfast or complementary coffee. Pool was pretty shallow for adults. $45/night parking.

Would have preferred if they had a complimentary breakfast instead of having to go to the restaurant next door. Aadditionally when I asked about room service the person at the desk could not provide any details.

Location and the size of the room was large with a kitchenette. It was perfect for travelling with a baby.

Dirty windows

Horseshoe Fall view was really a Horseshoe Fall view! Not complete, but main things. Very friendly staff, parking space in front of the hotel with guardian. Quiet room.

No plunger on room. Lobby could be renovated and a little updated. Flies in lobby but over all clean.
