The breakfast was underwhelming. I’m a conference room in the basement. Very little choice. No decaf coffee. I know they were renovating sections of the facility.

Fabulous rooms. Charming helpful staff. The restaurant meal we had for dinner was delicious.

The breakfast room was badly organized and quite appalling. Coffee machine did not work, only a couple of tea bags and no sugar until asked for. Only large group tables to sit at and lacked small tables and character. I recommend that the hotel shut this room down until it is able to function properly as a dining space.

Rooms were large and spacious and equipped with fridge, microwave and cutlery.

Under renovation during our stay. The lobby was under major renovation and tv system was out dated. Could not watch net flex or prime TV. Location was on a one way street.

The entrance, the reception and the restaurant were under renovation. This information was disclosed, but only after the booking was conducted. In fact, this was not disturbing the stay in the room, however was not comfortable moving in and out.

Great location, friendly service staff, very nice and comfortable room. Walking distance to the city centre, bus stop nearby. The hop-on hop-off bus stop is also close by.

The hotel was a 25-30 minute walk to old Quebec City. Something I didn’t mind but the other group we were with wasn’t keen on. No parking associated with the hotel. You had to park in nearby (one or two blocks away) city parking lots.

Spacious, modern, soundproofed room. Comfortable beds, lots of seating areas, lighting. The hotel lobby and restaurant were under renovation but we were well informed of this before we checked in. Breakfast was varied and plentiful.

We were traveling by motorcycle. When making a reservation, I wrote that I would need a parking spot for a large motorcycle.. I paid them $50 for parking, then they sent me to an underground parking structure. I did not notice that motorcycles were banned there until I my motorcycle was trapped against an automatic door at the bottom of a steep ramp. Friendly strangers eventually showed up to help me pull the motorcycle up away from the door. Desk staff at hotel did not seem to think this was a problem.

If I had to nitpick, the room service wasn't up to the standard set by the hotel. Coffee cups wouldn't be cleaned, and towels won't be changed.

The room was one of the most spacious hotel rooms I have stayed at! The location is also fantastic and very well connected via bus, and also not too far from Old city by foot.

The elevator was not working but I was informed after I booked. The hotel made accommodation to put us to 2nd floor to make it easy to walk up the stairs.

Location was sketchy as there were so many homeless people who were just outside our window. They were quite loud in the middle of the night and it was difficult to sleep. We had our dog with us and we were afraid to go outside after dark. Kitchen was nice, but missing a few important articles, such as a toaster and glasses.

The breakfast was underwhelming as was the hotel lobby. But the neighborhood looks a little sketchy. Wouldn't have my teenager walk through alone. There's a step in front of the hotel that makes it hard to take luggage in. A ramp would help. Shower pressure was not great.

The room was clean the staff was friendly and the perks of a free bus pass was an exceptionally great surprise. Location is close to activities and old city and restaurants.

The location. The hotel does not have parking the near privet parking is one block away but at night is intimidating because there are drug addicts around.

Lounge area - could add a few comfortable chairs instead of the hard breakfast chairs. Housekeeping was minimal. Heard noise in the room above.

Large clean rooms. Great restaurants on St Joseph Street behind the hotel. Nice location to walk to town and near bus lines. Friendly staff.
