Heat thermostats wernt working, internet and TV connectivity issues, shared toiletries (they were of good quality) cell tower nearby, lack of food delivery, doors and bedroom walls dirty, garbage cans too small (no recycling bin) breakfast disappointing and ended too early

Jacuzzi tub excellent, large and good fridge and Tvs, fireplace, windows that open to let in fresh air, quiet peaceful area, decent city views, lots of amenities within walking distance, clean and quality linen & towels, common areas were clean tidy and most of our room

The room was cold, I had to put the heat up to 24 just to stay warm. Not enough blankets, bed was ok but a bit hard, would have like the main floor only about 3 cars out in parking lit but was sent to the upper floor

A little dated. Wall paper coming off, laminate floor not installed properly, hole in the bed sheets etc. Ok but I would stay for days!

The TV did not work just snow on every channel. The owners during breakfast were not very hospitable. You were not greeted, just demanded your receipt for breakfast. That experience first thing in the morning could have been better.

That the room was clean. The cleaning staff were very friendly and always cleaning. Breakfast was in the dining room of a closed down restaurant attached to the hotel, so it was very spacious. Breakfast was good.

The TV was very snowy and hard to watch. The front desk woman was exceptionally rude and hostile. Not a very warm welcome. The gentleman I dealt with at checkout was great. The lady has no place working in customer service! She's the face of you're establishment and sets the tone for the stay.

Beds were a bit high to climb into. Eggs at breakfast should be real and not powdered. Rest of the breakfast was good value.

The TV was good for the jacuzzi but not the bed, another TV is needed at the end of the bed. We ended up opening up the sofa bed and angled it for a movie.. problem solved, Magiver style lol

Dressers had not been wiped down, sticking rings from previous guests drinks and dusty. Bathtub old and finish gone, so look dirty, even though cleaned I believe.

Cleanliness of the rooms can be improved. The floors are not too clean.

Conveniently located close to groceries, restaurants, pharmacy, center and cruise port. Easy check in process, staffs are nice, free parking and complimentary breakfast. They have connecting rooms too so perfect for family. Nice and quiet place.

Breakfast could be improved by having a toaster that both sides work and more food at a time so there aren't lots of people waiting for eggs etc.

This motel does what it says on the tin with everything you need. I give it a very high rating because we arrived to a number of issues and the reception staff had a real 'can-do' attitude which was very helpful and they solved our issues with a smile. Thanks!

The hotel (motel) is an old building, it's noticeable that it needs upgrades. Nevertheless, what your pay is what your get so the price is fair. The breakfast could get some improvement. There is a sign by the swimming pool that reads "heating pool". That's not true, the water is cold. They should remove the sign.

Good location. There is a MacDonald and a Tim Hortons a few steps away so it's very convenient to grab a quick bite if needed. The restaurants are a few blocks away. There is a grocery store across the street. Also a Canadian Tire with charges for electric cars. This is a budget hotel as expected, includes breakfast which is a plus. Also, it has a working outdoor swimming pool. The rooms/building need upgrades but they're clean. The mattresses are comfortable.

The cleanliness around the outside of the building was not good and looked kind of shabby. Also the tub in our bathroom had not had a really good cleaning.

The location is great. We liked the breakfast, it had several options and we enjoyed it. The room was comfortable but the TV was confusing.
