Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaI was not use to the $20/day parking fee. But this is quite normal in tourist towns.
The room was big. I was close to everything without being rushed around. I was told about the renovations before coming so no pool was no surprise. Front desk was friendly and explained everything about the hotel that I needed to know.

CanadaThe parking was not the best. The parking spots are very narrow, our SUV sat on the yellow lines of our spot.
The room was clean, beds were comfortable. We stayed in the older building and yes, there are some dings here and there like any other older building but nothing that put a damper on our stay! There is security within the buildings that do rounds in the parking lots at night as well. All staff were friendly and accommodating.

CanadaPool a bit cold If your going with elderly parents make you you are in the main area that has elevators not just stairs.
Was a bit worried at first from reading the reviews but our experience was amazing. We got two rooms both very clean and spacious. At check in our rooms weren't ready but they comp our parking as compensation for this. Staff was friendly and showed us a map of the area and where to go see the fireworks and family friendly places in the area. It is a five minute drive to Clifton hill but that was fine no big deal for us. Pools were great water was a bit cold but in the hot sun wasn't a big deal we still went swimming and the kids loved it. Overall we had a great time and will be back.

CanadaFor the money, the toilet seat shouldn't have been loose. The toilet itself shouldn't have been constantly running slightly (so it kept topping itself up every minute). And the $20 paper night charge for parking was annoying (but seemed to be typical of Niagara Falls area).
Very nice hotel with 2 good restaurants on-site. The staff were good to deal with, and the rooms very clean.
