The location is really good, close to the waterfront and not far away from downtown area. Stuffs are nice and friendly. the Room is clean. breakfast is included.

Room was very clean and comfortable. I wish all hotels removed their carpets. Good location to downtown area as well. Restaurant next door was easy access as well.

On site parking is limited. They have a secondary lot about a block away. We were lucky to get spots when needed. The only other draw back was a live music performance at a bar next to the hotel felt like the were playing in the room next to us. The music was good so we didn’t mind too much. If it had of been a bad band……. Oh well. Small potatoes compared to the overall experience

Great location, comfortable room. We had left a tablet in the room unfortunately. Incredibly, we were checked out less than 30mins and the hotel called us to let us know. We were able to go back and pick it up. Fantastic! Bathroom was large and clean.

Breakfast was okay. Would be nicer to have real plates and cuttlery instead of disposable. Perhaps a few more options for fruit too, expecially for Southern Ontario in late summer, there could be so many local delicious options. Also, it was like pulling teeth trying to get a simple receipt from this hotel. First they told me at the desk they would email me a receipt. some days go by and I didn't receive anything, so I asked them via chat on Booking to provide me with a receipt. Still no response or receipt after multiple days. Then I try calling the number they have on google for the hotel to ask them to send a receipt. This number is faulty apparently and treats every phone number like it's a spam number instead of letting you through to the hotel. I finally called the numbr for the hotel given here on Booking and could get through to them, but I don't know why I had to do all this when the default should just be sending the receipt by email automatically.

Comfy beds, clean rooms, friendly, helpful staff. Convenient location near waterfront in Orillia. Nice to get discount on dinner at nearby restaurant. Comfy lobby.

One section we stayed in had stairs where you had to go down then up to get to your room. Hard to manage with luggage. Noise from other rooms and restaurant below and across the street. Walls need better sound proofing.

Parking and drop off. The property has very little parking on site and shares it with the restaurant. Alternate parking is a municipal lot about a block away. I would like to see cup dispensers rather than every cup wrapped plastic. Also there was no sorting for waste, recyclable, compost etc.

Room service did not come in at all while we were there, but I also don't know they're scheduling and routine, usually service will come every day when I stay at hotels. I also would have preferred having some sort of hot breakfast but the food provided was great too.

Overall a good stay, I liked the style of the lobby and the staff were very nice

Do something with your breakfast - still the same poor choice, and not comfortable and tiny breakfast area. Also having $250 deposit on the top of the room price of $200 is kinda too much, no?

I have been here a couple of times. The location is perfect, facilities a bit old though very well-maintained. I had concerns regarding its cleanness, this time it got better.

It was probably one of the busiest weekends of the year, but the staff were super friendly and helpful. I appreciated that off property parking was arranged and well mapped out. And I had a question about the billing afterwards and it was quickly addressed.

It was big city prices for a very small double room. Both beds were against the walls. We had to move rooms as the initial one was smokey smelling.
