The only thing I didn’t like was that the room smelled like animal urine. It wasn’t a strong odour but nevertheless, it was not a pleasant smell.

The location was great. I like the easy access with the patio door.

Bar next door was loud, decor was a little dated and the air freshener in the corridor was a bit too much for me...maybe reduce the amount of times it sprays?

Convenient for local restaurants, clean, nice staff and good breakfast, we enjoyed the waffle maker. Beds are large and comfortable.

The front desk staff was absolutely the rudest person I encountered on my trip from Grand Bank Newfoundland to Edmonton, Alberta. I was traveling alone, returning home from my father's funeral. So a difficult journey for sure. When I arrived at the hotel, the lady at the front desk was so rude. She was very argumentative, and I considered leaving. Tired and sick, all I wanted was to shower and sleep. This lady challenged every payment method I had. I all but came to tears. Needless to say, I think this lady could have shown a little compassion as I tried to explain my situation. Instead, she gave me attitude and a bad demeanor.

Theres two things that can be criticized: 1. there was very little room to sit down for breakfast. We had to wait until someone else was done eating until we were able to sit down. 2. there was an immense amount of plastic waste at the breakfast buffet…the hotel could up their game a little in terms of environmental friendliness here.

The room was quite clean and was equipped with all the necessities. There was enough parking space and a very cozy entrance with Halloween decorations. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

Too few breakfast tables. We came down to eat and there were people who had finished their food but were socializing but didn't give up their tables. Doors between suites were very thin. Other guests were very noisy in the hallways past 10 pm

Good variety of options for breakfast (even for vegans). Bed was quite comfortable. Very clean. Efficient check-in. Plenty of parking. Convenient location.

The breakfast buffet attendant/ staff lacked good customer service skills. She could use some lessons on how to treat and be respectful to guests.
