Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe room was small and the bathroom was small, but not enough to deter enjoying a weekly stay. No restaurant on site, but you were right next to all the restaurants so it didn’t matter.
The location was absolutely perfect, very close to restaurants and shopping. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the room was very quiet even the AC/heat controls were quiet and didn’t blow right on you, the balcony was a wonderful addition and it a great shower. Very cute decor in the bathroom and the hotel itself. We would stay there again!

United KingdomThe room had good facilities for you to prepare your own food with a microwave, fridge, crockery, cutlery, etc. but there was no table or chairs to sit and eat the food. They should substitute one of the lower storage units which is not required for a bistro table and chairs.
The breakfast in the sister hotel across the street was excellent.

Location is amazing, great walking distance to everything. Check in was super easy and so was the access to the parking garage. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful when we asked for dinning recommendations. Great place to stay for a weekend getaway!

We were only supposed to stay one night in Banff but because of a mistake on our part we had to stay another night, I wasn’t willing to book another night at the Banff Springs hotel as it was over priced so I chose the Peaks. We were pretty rattled when we check in but Colin at reception was amazing, the hotel was awesome and very reasonably priced for Banff. If you’re going to Banff ditch the overpriced bigger hotels and stay here! Highly recommended. And a big shout out to kiwi Colin, he saved our bacon!

United StatesSince our room was on the backside, every early morning, we could hear loud noise of Trash / Delivery trucks that would wake us up. It would last for 3-5 minutes. Very annoying!.
The Staff, the cleanliness, and the location was perfect. The Swimming pool/hot tub/sauna are all shared by the sister property across the street and it was really nice. We loved relaxing there.

CanadaIt would have been great to have had some breakfast options on site, but Wild Flour is about 60 seconds walk away, so not really much of an issue.
This was our second stay at Peaks, and we were drawn back by the fantastic location and tastefully appointed, spacious rooms. The staff are wonderful (at the minute, it is being run by Aussies), and everything is made to be easy.
