Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

CanadaThe food was very ordinary with small portion for a high price. 3 chickens fingers and a bunch of fries for 35$ is a scam, 7$ for a can of gingerale you are just laughing at me! 5 stars doesn't mean they have to steal us, I have money and can afford your insane price, but it didn't make me feel good it made me feel taken advantage of and I will probably not come back because of this. The TV in the room never worked, it wouldn't even open the guide or the menu so we were stuck on the same boring channel. Also the fact that there's no pool, at that price for a stay Id except more amenities.

I liked check-in process it took fankly 2 minutes, also the stuff was very polite and kind, also enjoyed breakfast at Joni restaraunt, the meal was amazing. Moreover location is great, couple minutes of walk to a metro station and 1 minutes of walk to Avenue street were you will find all brandy shops

United StatesAs with many North American cities, Toronto seems to be going through some kind of building and redesign mania; Yorkville seems to have lost some of its charm and class - with more "muffler wars" and loud base car-music than in the past...
I was offered an upgrade and accepted at a truly modest cost; all front desk staff as well as the concierge were sincerely friendly and patient - not plastic, sticky phony. The espresso machine was great - very comfortable room.

BarbadosHands down best service, best staff and overall relaxing stay for my family and I. From the front desk staff, the staff in JONI restaurant, to the guy that took us out in the hotel car, to the lady that cleaned our room. We were always well taken care of in any and every aspect, whether it be food, transportation or even an extra robe brought to our room. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Location was also a big plus as it was close to most of the things we wanted to see.

BermudaThe t.v. being stationary couldn't see it properly from the sofa and seating area. Should be on a swivel. The showers are extremely dangerous, slippery especially for seniors. Need grab/hand rails on the wall side as only handle available to grab is on the door which isn't stable and would not hold up to stop any fall.

Great location, lovely staff, cool art. We didn't like the guest room as it had no desk space that we needed and we were quickly offered another room that suited our needs much better without having to ask.
