There were no elevators which I don’t remember being mentioned. This made it challenging to get heavy suitcases up the stairs.

Customer service veered between starchy and, honestly, a bit apathetic. It was all a bit old-fashioned and inflexible.

Beautiful views across the mountains and a snuggly sofa area to sit in front of the fire. The lodge itself is lovely.

Some hardware are outdated and need to be replaced. The wifi is very weak. At night it is super warm and uncomfortable in the bedroom, because it does not have a strong HVAC system. There was no cleaning service during the stay.

The location is great for going to Jasper, and it is quite at night. The chalet room is great for family which has a kitchen and a lot of utensils and appliances. It also has a barbecue which is great. There are enough beds for a big family with kid. The hot water is very comfortable and sufficient for shower.

The fireplace never worked for me and staff tried to fix it successfully. The staff comped me a lovely meal for the inconvenience. You cannot eat on the gorgeous mail level of patio for safety reason I understand

The location is amazing! It was wonderful sitting out on the deck late afternoon, overlooking all the mountains - just breath-taking (although the insects were a bit over the top). Dinner was superb, and the staff couldn't have been friendlier. I was originally disappointed that we couldn't find accommodation in Jasper, but am now glad as we would have missed out on the Overlander Mountain Lodge!

The internet service is very poor, works occasionally, and extremely slow. We heard a constant humming, buzzing sound from the floor of our cabin which got stronger if we put our head on the pillow (maybe the septic system?) we did not have good sleep.

The lodge is in a spectacular area with beautiful view. The staff is professional and kind. We loved the breakfasts in the nice restaurant, and the homemade jam was a hit. We would really like to come back sometimes

They don’t have ac. So if you go during a heat wave your room will be very hot. It does cool off at night, if you are out most of the day then the heat in the room doesn’t really matter

Beautiful view, only 2 minutes drive from Jasper national park gates. It’s 40 minutes from the town of Jasper, but there is so much to stop and do along the way into town, and you are enjoying the scenery and wildlife the whole time. In my mind it’s the perfect location, insane view of the mountains from our balcony.

We stayed in a two bed cabin and the window screens were all torn, and there was no AC which was fine, however we had to get by with the fan provided. It would have been nice if the screens were not torn. Because the location is tucked away in the mountains, expect to find quite a few bugs, including ticks.

Amazing views and wonderful and kind staff, the main lodge was nice, they had games, relaxing music, and an overall comfortable place to relax. They provided free coffee in the morning that was very nice.

This is an older building that is being well maintained but the bathroom was small and needs updating. We were in main building. Room coffee maker only offered powdered creamer, how about some real creamer for those needing to check out early!

More affordable than closer to Jasper but be aware, it’s still over 30 minutes to town and an hour to Maligne Lake. Property has various size cabins to rent. There is what appears to be a very nice restaurant on premises which we were unaware of. We should have researched more but a note from them asking if we wanted a dinner reservation would have been nice.

Breathtaking views and very friendly and attentive staff. The lodge was very cozy and comfortable. The Jasper town was 30 mins away and most of the famous lakes and sightseeing’s were 1.5-2 hours away.

Parking was a bit tight.

Luxury lodge. I guess, opposite rooms view mountains, which are gorgeous there. It was my 1st evening in life in Alberta. I was a bit late (renting a car, getting some food for road - all took time), reps called me. Was managed to reach before doors close. I saw a map with trails, so actually people can stay and hike around.

The rooms that are part of a quad are a little dated. While the bedroom was very nice, there was nowhere to sit comfortably. We were only there one night, so we spent some time in the lodge before returning to our room for the night

The staff was great. The view was stunning. We loved the restaurant. The food and the service was exceptional. We had one of the best dinners there during our two week road trip.

There wasn’t much not to like as overall it was a very pleasant stay. Though the bathroom was adequate, it could have done with a bit of an upgrade but this is being picky. Breakfast on one morning didn’t have all the ingredients, however the chef worked around this, again being a little picky here, the portion size was a little on the small size that said the quality and presentation were excellent, as mentioned previously all the serving staff were top notch.

The venue has a view that is outstanding and the rooms are comfortable. Parking is not a problem and easy access from the main road. The staff were attentive and very friendly, couldn’t fault them.

We came during a hot spell and the rooms did not have air conditioning. It made it uncomfortable.

Staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The views from the patio were spectacular.
