Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomBright colours and party vibe Probably starting to get a bit dated now. These coupe of streets are party town especially on Friday and Saturday nights. We were high up so it did not bother us, but just a note.
Location is good and is near restaurant etc.. if you don’t want to wonder late at night.

United StatesThe only minor thing I would mention is the bathroom doors are a modern barn door style that tends to slide open.
The location was nice it was super convenient to walk around. Our view overlooked the street so it was fun to people watch! The bed, pillows and comforter were nice, clean and cozy! This was a special occasion trip, they put a nice welcome gift in our room and made sure to say Happy Birthday when we arrived! Nice touch!

Very surprised and staff are friendly and very nice. Even my car got flat tire. They put some airs into tire that I can driving to car dealer to repair it. Very thoughtful. Thank you for extra miles. Location!! Secondly, the staff were outstanding!! Upon arrival, they took our bags to our room, and handed us 2 spritzers, so we could sit outside and enjoy the beautiful summer solstice. They helped with tickets to excursions, directions, recommendations, assistance with e-bikes, and anything else!! The free e-bikes were awesome! The room was spacious and very clean, bed was quite comfortable and pillows were the perfect firmness.

United StatesI enjoyed almost everything, the main issue I had which was not a huge one was the bathrooms. There were a couple of hairs in the shower that were there before we even used it. The bath and sink were fine it was just the shower floor felt a bit unclean. The TV was also a bit hard to use. It could have been the remote or something or perhaps user error but we weren't able to change the channels although this wasn't that big a problem. Aside from this, I had no other issues housekeeping did a very amazing job at cleaning the rest of the room while we were out! Love the service.
Loved the accessibility to the area, everything was a good walking distance, all the staff were very friendly. The bathroom was very nice and the bed was super comfortable and spacious. The side tables were very usefull for when we wanted to just eat something in the hotel and the couch was very comfortable.

United StatesI tried the small restaurant at the property and I felt that the menu was too limited and it was pricey. When I popped in for lunch, I expected to have more moderately priced options...which there were few. In my opinion, they should offer more realistically priced lunch type options: sandwiches, burgers, pub-type fare.
The staff was very welcoming. I loved the vibe of the hotel--it's modern yet comfortable. Mainly, I absolutely loved the location! There are quite a few restaurants, shops and bars in the area, so you needn't worry about having to stray too far from the hotel to find suitable options. I will definitely return to this hotel!
