Beautiful lodge, just far enough outside of the main Whistler village to feel peaceful. Shuttle service to the village is very convenient. Nita Lake is quiet and serene. Loved the canoeing, cycling, and great food options. Excellent place to stay! Even better experience than other 5 star hotels in Whistler.

We loved staying on this lake, so beautiful. Loved having bikes, canoes, and paddle boating right there and are included with the room rental. There are walking and bike paths right at the hotel that go all around Whistler! Big underground parking, but $35 a day. But you can leave your car there and save on parking in town as they have a free shuttle that runs all day. Rooms were clean and updated. The beds were comfortable. Big lounge area with a bar and 2 restaurants to choose from.

The way they run the seating in the restaurants is inefficient and never seen before. Even though many tables are free, guests are being asked to take a walk and return at a later moment. Why not explain that the kitchen cannot follow and offer the guests to take a seat and in the meantime have a drink?

The location is amazing (what a view) and the hotel atmosphere is just perfect. The rooms are spacious and cozy.

Great overall stay, but replace the hotel room patio doors.

The sliding patio doors to the rooms are terrible. We found a ton of mosquitos in our room, and the door would not fully seal. We asked for a tech to come up and fix it, but they came and saw they would need more tools. They never came back until we called again, but the tech was unable to fully get the door to close and seal properly while we were out.

Proximity to Whistler and activities. Free use of the water sport activities and bikes.

I didn’t see an area to buy snacks & to go sandwiches. Would like a cheaper buffet type breakfast available.

Quieter location below the village. Nice to have a sofa & chair in the room. Enjoyed the lake view, trails and heated bathroom floor.

We went to the bar to buy a drink before dinner and were ushered back and were asked to wait to be seated by staff. We were shortly seated and given a drinks menu but it was all rather odd. We couldn’t sit on any of the soft chairs which were free at the time, obviously they were expecting other guests, and it all felt rather formal and not what we expected from this lovely hotel which was otherwise fantastic. Soon after being served drinks, there was a power cut, meaning no food was available and we had to take the shuttle bus into the village at the last minute. Whistler was exceedingly busy and there were queues for every restaurant. We had driven for 7 hours and were exhausted, so this was the last thing we needed. The generator had failed and the hotel was in darkness until 11pm so we couldn’t even have a shower. Perhaps a gesture of good will from the hotel would have been appropriate.

Lovely staff, beautiful lake with complementary canoeing, and a free shuttle bus into the village. Food was superb, nothing too much trouble.

Excellent stay, the best we had in Whistler. Large, spacious room, comfortable bed, access to book kayaks on the lake. The gym is shared with the local fitness company, but equipment is tbh far the best I’ve seen at any hotel- think F45 grade. The location is beautiful, and the shuttle bus to and from town is very convenient too. Make sure you stop in to get dinner next door at Red Door Bistro too. Would happily come back again.

The pool is very small and not well maintained. Additionally, the hot tub water was lukewarm. It would have been nice if the pool was a real pool and if it was cleaned in the morning.

We liked the staff, the room, the location and the cleanliness. The bikes and paddleboards were amazing to have.

Not flexible with discharge time we couldn't get time for brunch so we asked if we could check out at 11:30 they didn't accept that and insisted to check out from 4 rooms although I explained that kids just needed to use a room quickly and the bathroom after the breakfast but they didn't accommodate that which is unusual most hotels even in busy seasons accommodate 30 mins delay in check out
