Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

This was an excellent property . It doesn’t get better than this. It’s easy to locate , within reasonable distance of Niagara. We walked to and from Niagara and the weather was lovely . The apartment was the right temperature , great WiFi, Netflix access , free parking , well equipped kitchen , comfortable beds, adequate toiletries , towels and a lovely sit out area. We even had complimentary biscuits , tea and coffee! It exceeded our expectations and great value for money.

CanadaWe enjoyed our stay in Gurmeet's house. The place is close to bus stops. Even though it was next to a busy road, we were never bothered by the sounds of cars and pedestrians passing by. We appreciate the welcome wine and snacks. The house was very clean and generous with the amount of toiletries available. Gurmeet was also an excellent host, always responsive to my questions. I would definitely book this house again next time we visit Niagara Falls.

The unit was exceptionally clean and had an adorable patio, that we unfortunately didn’t get to take advantage of because of the rainy cool weather😥. The candy, snacks, and wine were much appreciated ❤️. We were confused by the name, as we thought it was going to give a view of the falls, but it was just a short drive. Lovely place and hosts. We would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves back in Niagara Falls again.
