You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesFaucet had a pretty big leak and was puddling water all over the sink, bathtub drain didn’t close so a bath wasn’t an option. My flights got in late and I was looking forward to a bath but by the time I realized the issue I was unpacked and didn’t want to move rooms (nor did I want a worker in the room trying to fix it at midnight). The bedsheet was slightly stained- I had to inspect it closely to make sure it was a bloodstain and not a bed bug. Overall just not a relaxing end of day and this hotel charges too high a price point for that many things to be wrong all at once.
