The service was terrible. On day two we received no room service! We were told they only service the room the room every two or three days. The beds were not made. We were left with wet towels and no bathroom supplies such as shampoo. The floors were very dirty.

Booked a “cottage-style” unit which was just a motel room. Calling it a resort is ridiculous. It’s an outdated, run down hotel with a terrible indoor pool. Stains in tub and sink.

It was dirty.... the floors were disgusting, to be honest my partner got out of the really old outdated shower and when he walked across the floor he stepped on a sharp rock which was a very unpleasant pain in the bottom of his foot. The room smelled very old and the mirror was not cleaned. We were very disappointed.

Old outdated property overpriced!. I felt insulted when told there would be a charge of $100 for a damage deposit to be returned upon inspection. This was very insulting to guests as they are basically saying we believe you will damage our property. Disgusting

well they advertise cottages… let’s be clear they are not cottages, they are a motel in serious need of a renovation. first night my next door neighbor was drunk and was swearing at someone at the top of his lungs. I called the front desk and they sent someone to investigate, guess what??? I had a knock on my door to confirm where the noise was coming from in addition to the customer who was upset. Following morning I went for a shave only to find myself standing in water as the sink was leaking. To add insult, the shower drain was blocked and the tub quickly filled up with water. I called the front desk again and they quickly dispatched a maintenance repair man. I had to go to work, so later that evening upon my return both key cards where not working. When I went to have them reprogrammed I was told by the counter person did I wish to stay in the room or did I want to be moved???? As only 1 of the 2 items was repaired. What? I have 2 cell phones and did not receive a call all day. What would have happened if my keys worked? To top it off the counter person who was less than friendly tried to call the manager to meet me. The managers response was no… In addition, to the fact that the main hotel is also in need of serious renovations, there are no plugs in the rooms, as I had to plug my devices in the bathroom but had to keep the light on as the plugs and light were controlled by the same switch. Take my advice and go elsewhere…

The curtains in our room were not large enough to cover our window, it was a bit challenging to make sure we had complete privacy at night. I'm sure this is not a recurring thing, but someone started to mow the lawn very early around the building and woke both my husband and me.

The location is perfect, central to everything around. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. We stayed for 4 nights, and most likely would return to this hotel.

My room was disgusting. I could write clean me in dust on the mirror. I was also able to enter the joining room because the doors were left ajar. Also was advertised as a cottage when in fact it’s a ran down motel.

I booked a bungalow through you and ended up with a double queen room. One guest ended up sleeping on the floor as no cots were available and they suggested going to Walmart and buying an air mattress!

We were across the Highway from the main "resort" which looked like a nursing home. Small boulevard of uncut grass with one picnic table and dirty BBQ across from "our suite". Other picnic table was against the porch of a suite. Parking lot littered with cigarette butts. Bedding was clean, bed comfortable and TV worked fine. No ice in ice machine. Bathroom was tired and in need of updating, shower worked well and there was ample storage for suitcase. Think sofa may have been infested with fleas as I had bites all over my head and neck, however we had just flown into NL the previous day, so may have picked up from aircraft or may have been hives so did not complain to hotel.
