You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

CanadaRoom sound insolation was not ideal, could hear any noise in the common area. View from the basement level was not very interesting.
Very clean, I enjoyed the access code system which lets you enter and leave at any time you want. Staff was friendly and helpful.

CanadaRoom was okay as were the beds. The only problem was it took almost 10 minutes for hot water to come in the shower. It was difficult standing there waiting while only cold water came.
It was the only availability not far from Jonquiere where my family had to evacuate to, due to forest fires. We took a taxi from Jonquiere 20 km.away. There were no restaurants nearby. Closest was a 35 minute walk.

Canadathe noise the doors make. the 1st night, someone came in at 4 in the morning, coming in and out a few times and then proceeded to sing…. the second night, 4 couples left around 6 in the morning, in and out a few time and each time, the loud doors kept me up. we don’t hear traffic but from the inside, you here everything and everyone.

CanadaThe only negative aspect is that the bed was not really clean, but overall the stay was very good. The place has been renovated recently, it's neat... I'm sure we were just unlucky with the bed. Honestly, I was so tired that I slept like a stone after the day on the road.
Hotel is brand new, great place to sleep at night after a long trip, in our case. It's a self-service place (first time I see that), so you get the password to access your room by email, which was great because we check-in at night. The room has wifi, a mini fridge, microwave. Outside they have a bonfire, but we couldn't use as it was raining.
