The location is remote and did not serve breakfast. This is not entirely their fault as people left after the Jasper fire. However, they should have posted that on their website or a minimum had it in their literature that gave out Wifi info. The room we stayed in had essentially non-existent Wifi.

The sofa bed isn't the greatest to sleep on. If you're residing on the bottom chalets, then you can hear the creaks and crack sounds when people are walking upstairs. Also heard other sounds of things hitting the outside walls, which disturbed our sleep. It would've been nice if the parking had been paved.

*Loved* the Hot Springs near the Resort. Room was nice and cozy. Kitchen had plenty of crockery and other amenities for cooking.

While this stay may or may not be associated with the Hot Springs nearby with the same name, I was surprised that the hot springs experience was more like a very large contained swimming pool than an open natural hot springs. We decided not to partake of the experience after such a long ride.

The restaurant was good. The stay at our Queen Superior Room was comfortable.

The distance/time from Jasper was a bit more than expected, almost the same as staying in Hinton. Due to it being prime season, they insisted on at least 2 nights booking at once, and like all of the Jasper area was a touch pricey.

Due to weather and time of year, would be nice for A/C, but with windows open it did cool down enough before bedtime. I believe A/C would take away the embiance as it was a lovely place. Wife loved the place and being almost like a cabin in nature (picture window in bedroom look into the bush). Was just a block from the hot springs, but due to lightning storm, and then fire we didn't get to enjoy it.

They definitely need to get fans/ac as the heat is unbearable. The cabins could use some renovations, not to fully redo them but repair what is needed like the windows, the uneven floors, the screens. Definitely need more plug-ins Could use the carpets redone as there is a musty smell that stays. The pricing would be worth the stay if the minor fixes were completed. .

The staff were phenomenal, and the cabins were quaint and perfect. Loved the no TV no phone and no reception. Was a quiet getaway. The location was perfect, far away from everything but close to hikes, and the hotsprings are right outside your door.

Rooms had a tendency to be too warm with no fan or AC. With the windows opened they would cool down at night to a comfortable temp for sleeping but the screens in the windows could be a bit tighter to keep the bugs out.

Remote and secluded location to enjoy the true Jasper experience. Located by the hot springs pool so you can walk there. Kitchen in the room if you don’t want to eat at the good diner. Beautiful views.
