The hotel doesn’t have on site parking but offers the option of paid parking under the market building, however there is no in and out privilege during the day. The hotel decor is dark so it makes the room and hallways feel dim.

The downtown location was amazing and being so close to Covent Garden Market was a bonus. A great place for coffee, breakfast, lunch and dinner. The room was very spacious and comfortable.

The pillows were not comfortable and the bath towels should have been thicker. The city parking garage was not that convenient.

This will sound petty, but I’m all about a great pillow .. and these, were not. For a king sized bed, you need large, full, cozy king sized pillows!! Instead, there were four, half sized something-or-others. Also.. the comforter that they had on our bed was encased by a light sheet (which doesn’t stay on), so we saw old blood stains on comforter .. kinda gross. Lastly, the tv remote wouldn’t work.

The location and convenience is well worth it, Especially when attending an event at Budweiser Gardens! We loved that our room faced an indoor courtyard, so we didn’t wake up to traffic and noise from the street.

The coffee shop was slow taking orders and did not have a variety of food options. The elevators were slow and at times there was only one elevator in service.

Parking in the underground across the road is a bit of a pain but not a deal breaker. Sadly as in all cities today, numerous homeless people sleeping in doorways just adjacent to the hotel but this obviously is not the fault of the Hotel. This was our third stay here and we recommended it to our friends who also stayed. They got a room with a little court yard that the doors didn’t open to….it had numerous dead plants in pots that gave the place a seedy look of neglect….how hard would it be to remove them… The keyless entries were an obvious improvement, but the hotel seems to need a little “freshening up”…

No 24/7 staff or security in case of emergency, not being able to use your vehicle after you park it unless you want to pay again. I believe hotel guests should get special privileges to come & go from the parking garage.

Loved the option for contactless check-in, that the access by is key code to the building & your room. It was very clean, minimal but esthetically appealing!

Lamps in room didn’t work, no bedside light, room wasn’t really comfortable to hang out in. Some maintenance is needed for the shower head and windows. Getting in and out of the garage was inconvenient especially with the festivals and concerts.

Visited around Mid July, town was a little quiet. There were many substance users around every corner and along the streets.

The rooms were better than what was expected! small hotel, but big comfortable rooms, we had a king and a double (with 2 beds). Very cool rooms, loved the set up, decor, clealiness! Staff were great and helpful. Everything was walking distance.

Bed was too soft. Parking garage pay station was not working. I had a stressful time leaving the garage. No one from the hotel contacted me after lodging my complaint about the parking garage.

Room and decor were excellent. Downtown location was convenient.
