Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

It was very impressive the level of engagement and care from all staff. Great location. Very convenient and easy to access driving. Comfortable bed and bedding. CanadaOnly 1 issue -the washroom. While spacious, shower/tub needs to be cleaned up. Paint bubbling around the tub (maybe do to moisture). We were in an accessible room, so the bars in the tub/shower were rusting the grout around the tiles. When using the shower heads, water was pooling in the tub so drainage was super slow. Lastly, the painted white walls around the sink/counter were stained and needed a good wipe down.
Staff is always friendly and helpful. Beautiful lobby (was redesigned since the last time we stayed there) and flowed much better. Love the space and size of the rooms. So well laid out. Beds were amazing. Overall our hotel room was lovely and nespresso coffee in the morning was wonderful!

CanadaI couldn't do any work or connect my phone to the wifi. It really was impossible to use it and having it turned on interfered with my ability to work so had to use my data and my phone as a hotspot for my laptop to get work done.
Room was lovely. Clean, modern. Breakfast was great - options were different and more like a European hotel, which I loved. Price was a bit steep if you just wanted to breakfast quickly though.

CanadaYou can see through the shower … even though its dark you can still see everything. Had someone drop off towels and they came in not knowing I was in the shower but because the shower is in the middle of the room, you could probably see everything. Thankfully he turned the opposite way once he realized I was in the shower
