Loved our stay at Paradise Lodge and Bungalow. Perfect location. A short drive to the town of Lake Louise and to the Lake itself. The cabins are so cute. We shared a two bedroom cabin with another couple and It exceeded our expectations. One room is in the front, the other is in the back so there is plenty of privacy. Highly recommend!

There was quite a bit of noise from upstairs flat so worth seeking out a top floor one if you are sensitive to noise

Very clean, cozy, nicely appointed room furniture. Our kitchen had everything you’d need to cook tool wise. Like that there was an appointed parking spot near your room. It snowed a bit in the early morning and housekeeping came out to help us clear our car! All with great attitude!

We stayed in a room for 4 people. The bed was comfortable, but the sofa bed for the other 2 people in our party was uncomfortable.

You have to walk through the first bedroom to get to the second one, OK for families but harder if you are travelling as a group of adults.

Great location, a short walk to the lake. The setting and gardens are beautiful with nice places to sit as a group.

I wish there was a restaurant on site. Finding a place to eat in the Lake Louise area wasn't the easiest compared to Banff and Canmore.

I originally booked because it was walking distance to Lake Louise, however, it really was a bit too far for me to walk and the road wasn't exactly safe. However, I still liked being able to drive and get a parking spot at Lake Louise as it was only about 1.5 miles away. The room was very comfortable. We had two queen beds with a kitchenette and bathroom. Loved having an assigned parking spot as well. Used the washer/dryer which was also very helpful. Staff was very nice.

I wish they had atleast 1 powder room additionally in the 2 bed bungalow which is otherwise a really nice room. We were 4 adults and the only reason we did not stay longer is because of the 1 bath. And for rooms facing the highway, the traffic noise can start early although the property itself is really quite nestled in greenery.

There's nothing to not like. The location, the rooms, the place is all so beautiful. The walkability to Lake Louise. The staff at the reception is the best - they are very understanding, super helpful and accommodating.

We struggle with the Canadian way of not using duvet covers, but that isn't particular to this hotel.

Great rooms on the road between Lake Louise Village and Lake Louise, ideal to walk up to Lake Louise (20 mins) without having to worry about parking. The rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable with everything you could need for a quiet few days away. Lovely views of the mountains from the balconies and with really pretty grounds around the lodge.

The unit has a very awkward layout. The 2nd bedroom is a walk-through: the main unit door on one side and the kitchenette sliding door on the other side. To use the balcony one has to walk through the 1st bedroom. Thus, four adults staying in the unit feel crowded and have little privacy.

The location is very convenient. One can walk to the lake in 25 minutes. The staff is very friendly.
