I wish they had atleast 1 powder room additionally in the 2 bed bungalow which is otherwise a really nice room. We were 4 adults and the only reason we did not stay longer is because of the 1 bath. And for rooms facing the highway, the traffic noise can start early although the property itself is really quite nestled in greenery.

There's nothing to not like. The location, the rooms, the place is all so beautiful. The walkability to Lake Louise. The staff at the reception is the best - they are very understanding, super helpful and accommodating.

Great rooms on the road between Lake Louise Village and Lake Louise, ideal to walk up to Lake Louise (20 mins) without having to worry about parking. The rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable with everything you could need for a quiet few days away. Lovely views of the mountains from the balconies and with really pretty grounds around the lodge.

The unit has a very awkward layout. The 2nd bedroom is a walk-through: the main unit door on one side and the kitchenette sliding door on the other side. To use the balcony one has to walk through the 1st bedroom. Thus, four adults staying in the unit feel crowded and have little privacy.

The location is very convenient. One can walk to the lake in 25 minutes. The staff is very friendly.

As beautiful as L. Louise is, it was so very crowded, that we did not visit often while in the area. We left and visited other locations.

The property is such a quiet, serene setting despite being on the main road to Lake Louise and everything was so very clean. It reminded me of vacation stays we took as a family back in the 1960’s (family-run and meticulously cared for), except the furnishings, decor, bathroom fixtures, were NOT from the 60’s. It was updated and clean. We spent 4 nights in a Fairview preferred lodge room and because we added on a night, we had to move to a stand alone bungalow for the last night. We liked them both, but Fairview was probably bigger for 3 adults, and had a seperate bedroom. The Cooper Cabin had quite a view from the wonderful and spacious back porch that was quiet. The property grounds were so incredibly maintained (flowers and lawn that were gorgeous). We compared this to our previous 3 nights at Emerald Lake Lodge…. A gorgeous setting but more “run down” room accommodations. We’d take Paradise Lodge & Bungalows!

The staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. The room was well-equipped and very comfortable. When our Keurig coffee maker broke, it was replaced the same day. The location was excellent -- we could walk up to Lake Louise. Parking was easy.

Location is great. Walking distance to Lake Louise. The bungalows are so nice. Great to park so close to the unit so you can unpack and pack the car with ease. The room is excellent - gas burning fireplace in the room and the bathrooms were very nice. Staff was very friendly and offered help whenever needed. 100% would go back again.

The grounds, cabins, and lodge were simply picturesque! The location was convenient to travel to Lake Louise and several of the favorite walking trails in Banff National Park. Our 2 bedroom unit was lovely and we loved the early morning coffee available at the lodge. The employees were extremely friendly and helpful. We highly recommend at stay at Paradise Lodge!

We were surprised that the housekeeping staff did the dishes and cleaned up our belongings that were strewn everywhere. We felt bad about them doing that. We would have cleaned up had we known.

My husband and I went here on our honeymoon and it ended up being better than the fancy hotel at the lake!!
