Pool was a little cold. Rooms not the cleanest. Breakfast is too early (7-9am). Most people are on vacation and may appreciate extending the breakfast hours to 10am.

The pool was great (slightly cold though). Location was perfect. Staff & fellow guests friendly & fun. Value was fair considering being by the Fallsview area. Had a great stay and will definitely return.

The Only we concern, is the second floor room upstairs those people who check-in is noisy A lots of commotion it seems they not sleeping The whole night we can hear their sounds ,moving chairs we didn't get enough sleep, I guess it's a bad luck for us. Anyway that's fine may be we should be just only the first floor room with out on top second room above us. Other wise staff are nice cleanliness is good.... thanks

One thing that we didn’t enjoy was no indoor pool. Plus the bathroom had no light. The little curtain in the bathroom needs to be changed very dirty and gross. Also our remote for the TV never worked missing buttons. The volume was only at high. This didn’t bother us since we were too tired to watch TV when we got back to our room.

Our room was clean and friendly staff. The walk to Clifton hill was a bit further than what we expected but it was do able. It took us 10 minutes to walk to the falls then another 15 minutes to walk to Clifton hill. Overall it was definitely the perfect place to stay with my kids. Bonus was Tim Hortons was right beside this hotel.

Dat breakfast need an upgrade man. Like, check your soul brother. You can't just feed a guy frozen pancakes and a bunch of beige foods and expect him happy and full.

My gay partner and I had lovely time here inside the large rooms. The beds were comfy and clean. The shower worked well. The pool looked real nice like. It was walking distance to all the thangs a tourist wanna see. We even eat da breakfast in bed together , which was real lovely y'all.

The bathroom was clean, but the bathtub was stained. The bathroom could use some updating. The pool was clean but looked like it could use some updating as well. My granddaughter was swimming and handed me 2 pieces of concrete that had come loose from the bottom of the pool. It was great having the fridge/freezer in the room but the freezer was dirty inside.

Our bed was very comfortable. The furniture in the room looked updated. The air-conditioner worked well. Liked having a fridge and microwave in the room. The room was clean. We had a problem with the bathroom sink not draining. I called the front desk, and it was fixed immediately.

The swimming pool it’s so cold, the Aircon it’s not cooling enough and early morning there’s no cool at all and also there an insect inside the swimming pool.

One room is smelly but when we requested to change our room, they change it right away. Carpet are not great and very old.

Breakfast is a bonus.

This is a two story MOTEL which did not overlook the falls or was anywhere near the falls. The stairs to the 2nd floor are rusted (need refurbishing). The balconies are very narrow. The ice machine is outside the office. Parking is a little cramped and they charge a fee. They also charge a "security deposit"---WHY? This is not the Hilton, Sheraton, or any other prestigious hotel. Tv was limited. The continental breakfast is served in the "check-in" office.(which is quite small) (didn't take advantage of it, so I dont know what they offered)..

The rooms were clean and spacious. ( but there was some kind of odor. We have never had a bathroom as large as this one. (No hair dryer supplied) The bed was very comfortable. There is a small outside pool.

The shower curtain rod was held up by a temporary hook and it fell off.

Raman at the front desk was very friendly, understanding, communicative, helpful, detail-oriented, and professional. The room is cleaner than expected though not sparkly clean. Location is very convenient but quiet. Air conditioning unit was powerful and worked very well in regulating the room temperature. The room was spacious.
