There was a mistake made where the front desk charged a huge supposedly security deposit hold to the credit card when they already had one, and it was check out day. The issue was fixed and the hold eventually released but that was a pretty big mistake that shouldn't have happened. Other than that the staff was friendly and the hotel was clean and spacious.

The room was spacious and clean and with a great view! Location is close to shops and food as well as transportation.

A bit of noise from fridge and outside.

Perfect for one night stay. Clean and Comfortable room and bed. Nice toiletries, bedding and towels. Dinner at Boathouse really nice. Picked up good coffee and pastry from cafe adjacent to inn in the morning.

I booked for the room with patio/balcony and with microwave. But when i get to my room there were none. I wasn’t aware of it. When i call the front desk, the receptionist told me there’s no room available. They should at least let me know.

Additional charges for parking, plus tax. Would be nice if parking is included.

Nice location. Overlooking Fraser river and the city of New Westminster from room 903. Comfortable bed and pillows. Soft bath robes. Within walking distance from New Westminster Skytrain Station taking straight into downtown Vancouver or across the Fraser River and into the city of Surrey.

We received a welcome email which was nice. It offered additional services such as in room massages - however when we went to front desk to book we were told they don't offer anymore and were directed a a location across the street. It's ok that it is not offered anymore but why send out the email to begin with with false information - I would recommended the welcome email gets updated.

I arrived early and the hotel wanted to charge me $50. to checkin early. I told them I had an event and likely wouldn't be back until after 8pm and wanted to ensure I had a room. They Checked me in to save the room however would not give me room keys which I needed to access the elevator from the parking garage. As such I had to walk up a busy ramp in the rain dragging luggage to get to the front door - highly inconvenient when it could have been alleviated by fulfilling my request.

I think that daily parking should be included in the cost of room.

Evening meals in the restaurant were excellent. Servers were cheerful. Corner view of Quay was delightful. Room was clean and well maintained. Cleaning staff were pleasant. Proximity to daily destination of Royal Columbia Hospital to be with family member was perfect.

The view of the Fraser Review and location of the hotel is great. We were only there for one quick night and had a great stay. Bed was comfortable and staff was very helpful. Would stay again.

We -- I -- didn't like the price, the cost, but we accepted it. Access to the hotel by car was too often blocked by trains.

We liked the proximity to our son's family. We appreciated the fact that all facilities functioned properly.

Basic internet is a bit patchy and $10 to upgrade looks crass

I was there for work so can’t go higher than 8. Boathouse restaurant is right there so fantastic food every night.
