Waiting too long for lifts. Curtains fell down on 1st night and weren't put back up. Bath towels were white.. but very small! Room needed cleaning behind furniture. Chip packets and dust.

Location was great. Room size and facilities were good. Bedding, fridge, safe etc were good. Clean bathroom.

I didnt expected that our room will be ready early so the young kind lady at the front desk check us in before our check in time without extra cost. She also gave me a late check out free. The staff here is superb which made me really like staying in this hotel. they are kind and professional. the house keeping lady gave us extra blanket and pillow even before we ask. They really know good customer service! The location is another good reason close to clifton hotel and restaurants. The view in our room at 10th floor is amazing! The cleanliness is okay which i think they can probbbaly do better. Also the elevators is always busy. All in all it was really a good experience staying at Vittoria hotel. Worth the money and time! Thank you

The location is excellent. At first, we got a room that had door access to adjacent room. Although the doors were closed, it was like being in the same room with other people. [We could hear everything from the other room.] The person at the front desk moved us to a different room when we pointed this out. Much appreciated.

Perhaps have a schedule shown to guests indicating peak hours of use of pool. Also indicate when pool is lukewarm as had to get used too cold water initially as was changed and slowly hearing up. Parking is expensive for $25 reduce price to $20.. shouldn't be first come first served as hotel guests who have booked in for check in at particular time should get priority for parking. Buffet breakfast is too expensive at least make it complimentary or reduce the price. In addition, perhaps have shuttle service for guests, if possible, which would increase customers also.

I really liked the cleanliness and room looked modern and renovated the hotel staff were exceptional and the South Asian lady really helped me and my wife and two daughters with early check-in as my wife wanted to go Timmy's close by as daughters were hungry. Beds were comfortable and had a great view with excellent heating of room with adequate size for room to house four people for one night. Location is great, as is close to Clifton Hill the falls and restaurants. We had a good experience in pool, although did get busy later in day. The only downfall I noticed was that around the bathroom sink, the walls were splattered with old toothpaste. Other than that, everything looked very clean and comfortable. Only other minor inconvenience was we had to park off site because there was no parking available.

The noise next door We could hear their noise, there's a water shortage in the morning and the water is not warm enough.

No breakfast for us they didn't mentioned it. Maybe it is not included of what we've paid to. Bed is comfortable and cleanliness in the room is what I like most.

Parking fee of CAD25 per night was way too expensive comparing adjacent property which is a public parking space was charging CAD10 per night. There was no prior information of parking fee involved Buffet breakfast at the Vittoria Hotel for CAD17.99 per person was also expensive as compared to other place such as AllMacs which charges 12.99 person. All Macs have more options compared to Vittoria.... Moreover being guest of the hotel had no discount.

Location of the hotel is excellent, a minute walk from hotel to Clifton Hill Road.... Very close proximity to all restaurants and attractions on Clifton Hill Road. Staff in the hotel and restaurant were very courteous. Rooms are spacious and very clean

Hot tub had a dirt ring around it, should be cleaned more . Water pressure of the shower was super low(4th floor) wish I didn't get in the shower.
