Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We had a nice experience here and found our hotel for future stays. The location is great, only a few minutes with the hotel's free shuttle to the airport and from there just 25 minutes with the UP Express to Downtown. Our room was really big, very clean and comfortable with an awesome view of the airport which was perfect for my husband who loves to watch airplanes. Staff were exceptional friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was really delicious and fresh with a good choice of cold and hot foods. Highly recommended!

The hotel was clean with all the amenities, and we could ask the front desk for any extra amenities we forgot at home. The staff were friendly and helpful, patiently answering our questions and providing helpful suggestions. The breakfast was very good with a plentiful supply and lots of options. Although we were close to the airport, no sounds of airplanes flying overhead unless you are outside. I also loved the blackout blinds in the room. It's quite distant from Toronto downtown, but that could be viewed as a plus, with less traffic congestion! There's a free shuttle bus to the nearby airport, where you can take a train straight to Union Station and avoid the traffic.

CanadaThere wasn’t anything to dislike per se. A few things to note are that parking is $25+ hst. I feel it should be included in your nightly stay unless you are doing a park’n’fly package. As well, for those that enjoy relaxing with some tv time, the channels cut in and out due to the internet interference.
The property is new and well kept. The staff are pleasant and helpful. The hotel is a great location for airport travel and events surrounding. The staff offered a complimentary room upgrade to give us the runway view of the planes which was a bonus of course. The room itself was nice, clean, well stocked and offered use of a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The pillows were great which is hard to find in a hotel and the beds are soft pillow topped. They are nice however we prefer a little firmer. Breakfast was included and offered something for all, definitely wouldn’t leave hungry. Overall, the hotel offers a wonderful stay.
