After an exhausting day, I arrived at the hotel to check in tomrealize I left my purse in my kids' bag. I had no ID and the wrong credit card on file. Pardeep at guest service was very understanding and validated me through IGH Reeards by asking me privacy questions. I was relieved as I'd have a LONG drive back to relieve my ID. After check-in, my husband and I went to our room on the 7th floor, which was a strip view room. When we arrived, the room was clean, decent size, and indeed had a view of the highway and strip of the airport runway. I checked for bedbugs like I always do. Thankfully, there was none, and I checked the rest of the room. It was all clean. The bed was comfy, which made for a great nights sleep. In the morning, we went for breakfast, and while it was the standard "free breakfast" you normally get at hotels, they had an updated pancake maker, which was fast and made really good pancakes. They also had to go bags, which I appreciated to take eny yogurt and fruit to go. There's a paid vending machine for hot drinks but also the free ones. They had cheese omlets, scrambled eggs, oatmeal, beans, and potatoes as hot menu items. It was all very good. We didn't use the gym or the pool but saw them and they looked clean. The elevator has the key fob access, which I liked as it keeps unwanted intruders off your floor. We had no complaints. The staff were all friendly. The place was clean, and we'll maintained it, and the location was perfect, being right by the highway. We'd definitely come back here again.

My recent stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Booking.com notified me the pool was under repair and not in use when in fact it was available. didn't come prepared to use it.

Late at night, I could clearly hear the conversations of the guests in the adjacent room and even those across the hall. The walls between the rooms are quite thin. This made my stay extremely uncomfortable and unpleasant, as I struggled to get any rest with all the noise. The breakfast buffet didn't have many options to choose from, and there were no fruits.

The room was spacious and appeared well-maintained. The free shuttle service was good to go to the terminal and back to the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The planes were a bit noisy with being so close to the airport but that can’t be helped.

We had nothing but good things to say about this Holiday Inn Express. The rooms are lovely, well appointed and spacious. Loved the chaise lounge for relaxing after a day of touring in Toronto. The staff were super friendly and efficient. Their breakfast offerings were tasty and more than generous.

There were no vegetarian / vegan options available in the frozen food that was for sale in the lobby store .

I loved the modern decor of the rooms , hallways and lobby. Staff were very efficient and friendly . The airport shuttle service was great .

Check in with Ms Merita D'Souza was exemplary: efficient, patient and with a welcoming smile. A model for reception. The shuttle driver Candido was also very patient, polite and readily answered my own and others' questions.

Very close to the airport. The shuttle service, which ran at the 10s and 40s of each hour while we were there, was invaluable. We used it twice to get to Pearson- once to use the train station to get to downtown, and another for our departing flight.

All the extra charges, and the pay for parking. The room charge is actually decent. But after you add the extra charges and parking fees, it makes it very expensive.

Location, cleanliness, and the bed were super comfortable.
