It was so busy, full of young families, pool area under our room was very noisy. Breakfast was included in our stay, however, because it was so busy there were no clean bowls or cutlery. We grabbed a piece of bread and left unfortunately. No staff around, looking to help.

It was good given the low season for a ski resort. They could keep some eggs for the breakfast and more variety in fruits.

The lobby was locked down from 9pm at 8am, totally inaccessible. We couldn't leave the keys at the front desk in the morning. If we needed anything, too bad. Which meant the "included breakfast" was placed in our fridge and was quite sad, a egg in english muffin we had to heat un in the microwave, a pitiful muffin my wide tried to eat, yogurt and a banana. I wanted to tell them you dont put a banana in the fridge it goes brown right away, but I never saw the staff ever again. They locked everything up and went away for the night. Quite surprising for a hotel of this size. The backyard isn't as nice and clean as the picture leaves you to believe for wedding setups. Things are cluttered about the grounds. There are no instructions on how to use the propane fire. The grounds are littered with vintage skidoos that are falling apart and rotting. I'm sure someone likes that, but it brings down the class rating of the hotel.

The view from our 2nd floor central room was the key selling point for my wife. Room size and balcony was quite large.

The price was higher than I would have expected. We also couldn’t figure out a few things in the room, like how to turn on the heat in the main room or the bathroom.

It seems like this is the off season for this property. It was very quiet and felt like we had the place to ourselves. We paid extra for a room with 2 beds and we both loved the beds. It was a good start to our trip.

Breakfast not a lot of choice & lack of staff. Disappointed restaurant not open in the evening. Also had a problem with w.c. blocked but receptionist sorted it out for us.

The bug screen was missing on the kitchen window of our cabin (not sure if it is the case with all cabins). We could not open it when we prepared our meal otherwise we would have had a beetle infestation. Same with the missing bug door from the porch. You had to keep the slide door closed in order for the beetles to stay out. Before going to bed you had to go hunt for the huge beetles that came into the house either during cleaning or while previous guests were staying who didn't mind having them in the house. One of the bedrooms had 7 beetles to be killed. The kitchen light is very dimm, not enough lightning.

Private cabin a few kilometres outside of town with kitchen and private hot tub on the porch. Friendly check in and breakfast staff. Complimentary breakfast with real cutlery. Waffle station...

Area of improvement: although we liked belgian waffles, please add to your breakfast some cheese, eggs (hardboiled is fine) and some variety of berries/fruits. Bananas were green and unripe
