The outside not very inviting, but upon entering room, it's worth it. Friendly people. The bathtub abit high to get into to take shower.

It was very clean, and close location, parking infront of your room, and restaurant next door with excellent food.. wifi available. I would stay here again. Housekeeping services greeted us with clean room, fresh towels etc, on our second day..

The rooms need updating. We arrived late and the rooms are a little worn, but if you are in Niagara for a limited time, they are adequate.

As a UK family, we loved the whole experience. Super friendly staff, especially the evening staff. Great homemade food - great experience. Whenever we talk about our North America trip we start with this venue, which says it all (and we stayed on Front Street, Toronto in a nice hotel) - but this will always be our favourite because of the diner.

The room was pleasant but the carpet was not clean, our light coloured socks came out a dark brown. because of this, we were congested during our stay.

We found the restaurant was amazing and the food was outstanding.

They really need to get rid of the carpet, it's old and stained. AC makes a lot of noise if that sort of thing bothers you, didn't bother us.

Bathroom door in our unit didn't close easily as it was 'scraping' against the floor - an inch sawn off bottom would fix that. A suggestion for the Falls Manor Resort restaurant is that it would be nice if one could order the soup or chili with sandwich combo after 3pm as sometimes it's nice to eat a bigger meal at lunch and a lighter meal in the early evening.

Spacious clean room with comfy beds, although 2 additional pillows on each bed would've been nice. AC worked great which is always very much appreciated! We would've liked to try out lunch and/or supper in the Falls Manor Resort restaurant as the menu selections looked great, but had already made other plans elsewhere with family members living nearby; however, we did enjoy a delicious breakfast for a very reasonable price served by very pleasant staff.

The shower difficult for seniors and handicap

There was no breakfast included, but a nice restaurant was next door. My only complaint is with the bathroom shower. The tub was very deep and as a senior was difficult to get in and especially out. It needs more hand bars for handicap and seniors.

There were two queen beds in room 10; one of them had a very noisy mattress or box springs. Fortunately we didn’t need it or it would have kept us awake every time the sleeper moved.

Nice restaurant - very convenient. Hotel called us as we were running late and set up everything for our late arrival. The AC was well placed so it didn’t blow directly on the beds.

I thought it was rather expensive for for what we had, but that being said if we had more time and had swam in the pool on one of the days that may have been nice. The overall experience wasn't bad its just those beds made it awful for me as they were very very uncomfortable to sleep on as I have a bad back and it was killing me in the morning.

I wish we had an interior safety lock on the doors, *especially* since our toddler can open doors pretty easy, and since it’s a motel - it’s a little nerve wracking he could run right into the parking lot if he ever got out on us. My son also did find an empty plastic bowl-like cup under the bed that was not from us. I was surprised at no Conditioner bottles for the shower, but honestly was grateful that the Shampoo bottle states Not Tested on Animals. We got heavily rained on so a shower felt fantastic either way.

Amazing customer service. Lovely spot, great restaurant. The room we were in was a double queen and super spacious! We look forward to have this as our go-to annual stay :)

The property seems to still be recovering from Covid days and I'm hoping they see lots of bookings this year and get an injection of cash - carpeting is dated, bathroom tiles are starting to show wear, eavestroughs were dripping over my doorway. The restaurant is in need of a furnishing and carpet update.

This was my second stay at Falls Manor - the first was just after they did major bed and bathroom renovations - had a great stay. The staff here are EXCEPTIONAL, the beds and linens are 5 star - I ate at the onsite restaurant for the first time and the breakfast was HUGE and delicious. This property is directly on the bus route to get to Fallsview and Clifton Hill.

The bed was comfortable, the room spacious enough for a family of four. They tried keeping the place clean but the one thing i did not find funny is the bugs that were all over the bathroom

Breakfast was excellent with the staff so courteous. location perfect. it is about 7 to 10 minutes drive to the Falls and the other activities around it.

This is a traditional roadside motel. The bathroom has been updated. It is in a quiet location, set back from the road.
