We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe air circulation was not great, I believe it was due to the design of the room. Room had dust on baseboards, cob webs up in corners, and someone's hair on bathroom ceiling. There is no ventilation in the bathroom, there's a window but no fan. When showering, this creates an issue. There looks to be mold/mildew starting on the bathroom ceiling. The shower also leaks from the shower head. This created a puddle of water outside the tub.
Staff member at check in was very nice. Location was good.

It was reasonably clean and the beds were comfortable. It's a nice quiet area.

CanadaUnfortunately our original room had a plumbing issue so we had to move... Second room albeit clean and plumbing worked was very musty... Staff super apologetic and checked in a few additional times.
Staff and location amazing. Restaurant even better. Was super quiet. If you are looking for someplace inexpensive and no frills with free parking and close enough to the Falls and Clifton Hill then this is the place to stay. Did I mention restaurant was amazing!?!

CanadaOn the day of booking, the website 'booking.com' displayed that the tax and service fee were included. However, one day prior to arrival, I received an email confirmation showing an additional $50 charge towards tax and service fees. This discrepancy was very disappointing.
The rooms were exceptionally clean and spacious, and parking was both free and convenient. Overall, it was a good experience, although not the absolute best.

CanadaMy daughter and I visited the Falls for my 80th birthday celebration and stayed at Falls Manor Resort. Upon returning to the room at 1:00 a.m., we were unable to gain access using the key. If guests experienced difficulty, the advice was to go to Room 29 for help; unfortunately, we were unable to locate that room, as the numbers only went to 26. Luckily, another guest drove in and we asked about Room 29. He advised that it was behind the motel and not visible from the main area. We went to Room 29 and the occupant came to our room, turned the key and put his shoulder into the door in order to dislodge it, which allowed entry. I contacted Falls Manor regarding the issues and suggested they post directions to Room 29 and advise guests in that particular room that the door sticks and needs some body weight applied in order to open successfully. We (two womem) were locked out of the room for 40-45 mins in the wee hours of the morning. I am disappointed that no response was received from Falls Manor, as I felt telling them directly about the issues, rather than on the Booking.com site, would be acknowledged. As a result, I'm posting the review online in order that prospective guests are able to view it.
Room was spacious and very clean. It was also in a quiet location. Drapes could use an update.

CanadaThe coupling on the shower head was faulty and produced a horizontal spray directly out of the tub and on to the toilet and counter. The television was impossible to use because it did not have a volume control and attempts to reduce the volume by getting into the system settings were totally ineffective.
The breakfast was lovely. The room was clean and well lit and heated. The people on staff were the pleasant and helpful.

CanadaThere was a minor snow squall (storm) overnight Saturday into Sunday. We decided to go shopping on Sunday, when we got back about 1 pm, there was a knee high drift directly in front of our door. I would think since we were the only people there in the 18 rooms, somebody could’ve shovelled it out. Needless to say, we tracked it into the room and the rug was wet for hours..
We’ve stayed before and liked it..so we went again for the long weekend.

CanadaBathroom floors were ice cold to walk on and the room took a few hours to get it warmed up to temperature in the winter months. But once it was warmed up the heater kept the room nice & cozy. The motel should turn on the heat in the cold months and the AC in the summer time upon the arrival of a guest would be my recommendation going forward.
The room was very spacious along with 2 comfortable beds. Lots of hot water in both the sink and shower. The TV worked fine and the fridge kept our drinks cool. The car parked in front of the unit which is very convenient for loading & off loading. The location was a 3 minute car ride to the Fallsview Casino and other main attractions in the area.

IndiaBathroom was missing exhaust fan, and a toilet seat was kinda small for a well heighted or heavy individuals.
Overall good experience with family (Incl Kid), it's somewhat distant from the Falls, however value for money if you have a car. Staff was very courteous, their restaurant is also nice for breakfast. Heating was really well.
