We ordered room service, which is on the hotel description in every elevator, and dinner would be brought to your room. This was not the case. We ordered and told they would call our room. Well, over an hour later, we called back. Oh, they tried calling but went to voicemail, this is the hotel phone, and it never rang, and you would think, well, maybe bring the food up...nope, they want you to go down to the resteraunt and pick it up. So we said now the food should be remade, and now give us a time to go pick it up. And this was chicken wings and soup and salad. It took nearly 2 hours. Maybe change the info in your elevators to not room service, but pick up. Don't order room service if your hungry.

Outdated hotel rooms smelled odd, and our first room smelled like cigarettes.

I liked the convenience of the location and lot of available rooms that we could choose from. The staff helped us to switch to the new room very promptly. The breakfast was amazing, a lot of variety of food, the service was great.

The shower was in very rough shape. The faucet was literally hanging out of the shower wall and the shower tap was seized up it was difficult to turn the water on. I mentioned this to the front desk as I wanted to let them know that it could be an issue for visitors using the shower. The front desk clerk mentioned that a lot of the faucets and taps are in that same condition and that they have had clients call the front desk because they could not turn the water off. Didn’t seem concerned about the issue. The property is a little dated.

I wish I knew how to lower down the aircon because it was a bit chilly because its raining besides that its all worth it.

I like the spacious parking, easy to locate. The room was perfect for the three of us, clean and quite. Everything we need was met. Breakfast was all worth it because my children loves it.

Bed and pillows were way too soft; they were not good for the back or posture. Especially after a long drive. The hotel needs to invest in medium to firm mattresses and pillows. Soap scum in bathtub/shower

We were out of toilet paper, called and asked for more. They said they’d bring some and we waited two hours with nothing, ended up having to go down to front desk to get it. Also the people beside us were very noisy and banging on walls.
