We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaThe room would definitely benefit from an upgrade, the sofa bed mattress is very thin. The "kitchenette" has a fridge, microwave and a small sink, nothing more. The coffee maker is a Keurig and there is no way to make tea in the room.
The free breakfast was better than I expected, the area clean and well managed and the use of plastics avoided. Our suite was very large and clean. The king bed is wonderful. Good wi-fi. The attached restaurant (Ricky's) is a definite asset, good food, great service. Excellent service at the desk and from the shuttle drivers.

CanadaThe only suggestions I would have is to make Netflix/Prime/Disney+ available on the TV. Many other hotels have that ability where we were able to log into our account and watch Netflix. Watching basic TV is not a very good experience.
We had breakfast at Ricky’s. And it was very good. We found the facilities to be very good and comfortable. We would certainly come again.

Canadawe didn't stay long enough to have breakfast. It would be nice if they had a togo breakfast bag for people catching a shuttle to an early morning flight. Also in the morning, I asked the desk attendant about coffee, and he just pointed to a dark room, the breakfast area. It would be nice if the coffee was in a lite room.
The attached restaurant was good. The front desk person when we arrived was very attentive and helpful.
