We checked in late so were given a room in the pavilion next to lobby & elevator. Corridor was noisy next to elevator. Our room with balcony faced a driveway, not garden as mentioned. The room with fireplace & kitchenette looks bigger in the pictures than it feels. Mini microwave oven didn't work, finishes, paint, etc in room were worn.

View on lake is nice. Shower was good.

I would like to go more often but the cost is really high. We did enjoy it as a relaxing family getaway before school started and I would like to go more often given that we’re only 2.5 hours away but the cost isn’t attractive enough.

I thought the breakfast was over priced and we didn’t eat there.

No bathrobes, and only two towels for 4 persons on arrival. We asked to have a simple chair, reminded once after, but still never got it. It says sofa-bad, but in fact it was just a sofa.

The staff at the front desk just don’t smile and greet guests as they are supposed too! The cleaning personnel didn’t clean the bathroom properly. The balconies whit the Rusted columns is sooo ashamed since the view is what you pay for on a water front suite…

The resort is on a waterfront lot, it is calm and has nice suites. We had the waterfront suite and we’ve enjoyed it. In the ground floor you can get your own jacuzzi!

Lack of seating outside during peak hours. People tend to leave there stuff at a sun lounger all day because there are is nowhere to put your shoes and towel, etc., when going into the large pools or at the beach. Some thermal pools were closed during the stay. One of the pool waterfalls was broken.

It was not friendly for strollers we had to carry it on all stairs. It would be nice to have more casual options to eat or pick up food as well. On our check in day a staff walked in our room twice before check out time when our daughter was napping.

Breakfast not included for the price that is already high. Not as many spa facilities as I expected. Restaurant at the hotel are a bit on the fancier side and don’t have much options, I find. Not much explanation when first checking in on what’s available at the hotel, how it works etc

Some of the staff was a bit rude (definitely not all of them). Unfortunately there seemed to be a work event at the same time that we were there, and for some reason they put the work event right in front of the relaxation room... Not very relaxing to have 50 people look at you relax in a bathrobe.

Facilities were great. The room was really cozy, and the spa part was lovely. Definitely recommended for those trying to get away for a quick weekend.

I didn't like that the outside balcony was full of spider webs and spiders. The facility should clean that as it's not enjoyable to sit on the balcony. I also noticed that they did not clean the adults pool as it was full of bugs. I saw one guy come with the cleaner but looked at the pool and turned away, didn't pass the cleaner at all.

The resort was beautiful, everyone was very nice and friendly. Breakfast was absolutely amazing! The room inside was clean and spacious.

At ROK, my husband’s stone wasn’t hot enough and his scallop stuck to it and burned. The nice thing is our server Stephanie brought us 2 new scallops. Also, the halloumi cheese was brought out on the same plate as the raw bloody steak. The server brought us new halloumi on its own plate. And only one set of cutlery was given - considering we are slicing raw meat with this cutlery, a second set is essential to avoiding cross contamination.

Their friendliness and helpfulness were truly commendable.
