Entrance door did not have a safety latch, it was missing. Door to room had been damage and a cheap repair was done. Price for room was fairly high, one of 2 beds where worn out.your nose touched your toes as it was so saggy. Bathtub safety handle to get into tub was broken away and pieces missing in bathtub tubsurround.

Location was fine.staff where fine. Room heat worked well, had a small fridge and microwave room was a good size

Very few amenities. Room very small but clean.

Carpet needs replacing, and sofa. Fridge not cold. Rough area, not very close to main hwy. Needs more electrical outlets.

Quaint, cottage look with lots of wood, nicely cleaned. Good supply of towels, soap, etc. Nice staff.

The air conditioner was so loud we turned it off but there were windows on opposite walls that could be opened for fresh air. The beds were pretty worn and not very comfortable. Despite this however, the room was a very good value considering the price.

The room was spacious and had all the equipment we needed like fridge, microwave, coffee maker and TV. We arrived late but the staff was available and efficient.

The room was no smoking, but my nieghbour smoked outside, which I could smell. I have smoke allergy, so not happy about that. I cleaned the filter on the teensy air conditioner. They should all be done monthly. The whole place could have been better for a low cost. While kitchen was clean, I get the impression the carpet was not. It looked as though minimal effort was put into cleanliness. I'm not a stickler. The front porch needs a power washing real bad. windows need a wash. Although I assume the location is dusty and its a tough job to keep up on. If a room is to be inhabited some effort to cool it could have been taken before arrival. The AC is clearly inadequate for the unit. The unit even smaller than the actual hole in the wall for a better sized unit. Which is why it was available and reasonably priced.. but improvements would not cost much, and make a huge difference in quality of experience. Lovely staff.

Value was good. Loved the "motel" as I could park outside my door. Loved that it was a suite with kitchenette. Location, even though I needed the maps app to find it, was reasonably quiet.

remote wouldn't control tv volume, screen door needs lubrication, loud squeak when opening and closing.

Room was very clean, renovations with real wood finishing on walls was a nice touch. Very affordable prices.

The heater gave a gas smell, so we needed to keep the bathroom window open during the night. It wasn't ideal for the dead of winter.

We got in very late and left fairly early, so we were able to use much more than the bed and the shower. For what we needed, it was good value for the money.

The room I booked was advertised as a double with a queen bed and sofa where another queen would go but it was not that. It was a single room not spacious as advertised. It smelled terrible and the back wall was very cheep allowing cold air in the room and making it hard to heat to normal temperature. The smell made it seem dirty although I know everything was clean. When the truckers were leaving early in the morning it was noisy. This big sign at the front desk that says “no refunds” should be a warning to people. If it were lovely why would the sign be necessary?

The wood paneling is cute and different. The lady at the front desk seemed sweet.

Everything! it was dirty, the bed was lumpy and should have been retired years ago, no water pressure at sink, carpets were really dirty, it stunk, couldn’t call front desk from their phone, signal on tv kept cutting out. Funny enough it says renovated yet looks like everything has been the same since the 70s

We didnt stay at this location, when we arrived to check in, we were told that there was no breakfast but there was a good place up the road we could go to at our own cost. Said we would not be staying and they should change their ad with bookings

The fridge in the room was colder than I expected. I put the contents of my cooler in it and my produce froze overnight. That was likely as much my fault for not double-checking the temp.

The room was lovely. Quaint, neat and tidy. The air conditioning worked hard, but it was excessively hot, so given that, it worked great. I had to turn it off in the middle of the night because it was getting cold. The room was an excellent value and the lady on the front desk was very friendly and helpful.
