The B & B is located in a residential area. The rooms are on the backside of the house and have Adirondack chairs just outside the door. The hosts have a lovely garden and a large oak tree provides shade. Don and Ann, the hosts, are engaging and attentive. The breakfast is top notch; served at 8 am to the room. The room is clean, spacious and has a small refrigerator. The bathroom is very good too. The water pressure is excellent and so are the towels. I was also very pleased to be able to use the hose to wash my gravel bike; I rode the 2-day Kettle Condo and the wash was most welcomed! Thank you Don for settling this up! As for the proximity to Penticton (the starting point for day 2 of the race), it's15 minutes away. I would return hete!

Of 11 nights spent in BC and AB, this was our best experience. The host was exceptional and made sure everything was perfect … from tour of the two rooms we rented, to the delicious and beautifully presented breakfast, to the lovely deck and yard. He printed directions for us to make sure we would see what we wanted to see.

Ann and Don are two sweet owners of this lovely family type bed & breakfast place. We stayed with the family there for 3 nights, and enjoyed every second of it. They are such a lovely hosts. The place is very clean, quiet, and in very convenient location. I would say we enjoyed staying at this kind of place more then at the hotels, it felt like we stayed at the family not B&B. The breakfast were very delicious and each morning it was different breakfast. Ann did amazing things with her cooking skills. In addition, Don and Ann have recommended to us couple places where to go and what to explore around Summerland, Kelowna, and Osoyoos. I can't say enough of how much we enjoyed the stay. Would definitively recommend to others, and come another year to stay at their place!!!

Could use something to sit on in the room other than table. A small loveseat or armchair.

Full good breakfast. Quiet suburban area close to downtown Summerland. Liked the completely separate rental area, very private.

Don and Ann are top-notch hosts, very friendly and professional, and the suite I stayed in, Eagle's nest, was cozy and very comfortable. I was there July 18-22 during a heatwave, and the suite's A/C worked great! Don accommodated my requests for breakfast and everything was delicious and smartly served in a breakfast nook on their deck. I highly recommend this B&B, they do it right!

I loved everything! My only suggestion would be having a queen rather than a double bed (we knew we were getting a double, so it was not a surprise). This certainly is not a complaint. Would definitely stay here again!

What a great bnb! From the moment we arrived Don was so welcoming and friendly. He showed us around, gave us our key, and offered time slots for when we would like our breakfast. Him and his wife were also so accommodating, as we weren't exactly sure what time we would arrive with traffic. Our suite was private and spacious. Very clean and organized and super comfortable. We were even offered milk for our mini fridge in case we wanted an early coffee. The breakfast was delicious and presented so well. We were in town for a family reunion, with others staying at the local motel, and I must say that everyone was very jealous to see and hear about our wonderful experience.

Perfect spot if you're visiting Summerland or nearby Penticton. Excellent friendly hosts, beautiful breakfasts, and a quiet yard to relax in. Comfortable bed, exceptionally clean room/bathroom, with amenities such as tv, fridge and A/C.

Everything was perfect!

I really enjoyed my stay at Ann and Don's Bed and Breakfast. The room is very clean, and bright, has a queen bed, and a seating area with a beautiful view of their garden. From the check in process, to some special accommodations, and the lovely and thoughtful preparation of the breakfast table at their front patio, my experience could not have been better. I really loved the coffee, and omelette, which came with some of their home grown herbs, and a side of home made sour dough bread. I will definitely come back! Thank you Ann and Don for being incredible hosts.

There wasn't anything to not like.

We stayed for 2 days and breakfast was delicious and varied each day. The hosts saw me pass my sausages to my husband the first day. Later the host asked me if I liked backbacon as they were serving it the next morning. I was touched that they wanted me to have the best experience.

Our quiet comfortable room was down quite a few steps which could be difficult.

Fruit and yogurt with coffee followed by the main course in our room overlooking the garden. Yummy

Eagle's Nest, the upstairs suite was perfect! Private entrance around their balcony overlooking their beautiful backyard. AC in the room. Breakfast was always delicious!
