The fridge and stove were dirty. Limited towels (not enough for the number of people staying).

Beautiful condo, amazing location and secured parking included. Host did respond and bring us addition items when needed which was great.

We generally find we are provided with a welcome note and list of instructions e.g. had to contact owner for wifi details but they were quick to respond to our request. Fridge was not totally clean on arrival which was disappointing.

Great location close to the harbour but don’t venture too far down Douglas Street.

Needed bath clothes and instructions to parking garage needs improvement, especially for those that arrive at night - like entrance is right behind that restaurant on corner (forgot the name)

Not enough hangers or shelving which was bitterly disappointing as we had a four week holiday around the Island and Rockies. We were therefore unable to unpack fully. The sofa was not particularly comfortable but okay for the time we spent in the apartment.

Location was fantastic with easy parking and safe and secure. Could walk to Bars, Restaurants and excursions like Whale watching.

A little bit of a hassle to find somewhere to park and pick up keys.

Excellent location, walkable to stores and restaurants. Nice view. Lots of space and had everything we needed. Included underground parking was a nice bonus.

It wouldn't bother everyone but there was too much light from outside in master bedroom for me. Sleep mask definitely helped the 2nd night though!

1. Location was perfect. Walkable to many restaurants and tourist attractions. Starbucks across the street and 7-Eleven below the building. 2. The apartment was spacious enough for 4 adults, with 1 sleeping on sofa bed in living area. 2 bathrooms were a bonus. 3. Key pickup instructions were very detailed so it was easy to do. Check out information was also given. 4. Safe and secure parking was great as street parking would have been difficult. 5. Apartment was very clean and the kitchen had a kettle, coffee maker, microwave etc so you could eat breakfast before heading out for the day.

Windows needed cleaning. Sofa bed not so comfortable. One set of keys only - but owner did provide a second set upon request. Extra towels for hot tub use would be good.

Good location close to downtown main shopping area. Lovely views over parliament and city from 9th floor. Well equipped kitchen with full sized fridge and good cooking equipment. Enjoyed the outdoor hot tub on level 3.

The location is magnificent. Enjoy the view of Legislative Assembly of BC from the suite. Walking distance to many attractions. Close to many shops and restaurants. Absolutely perfect for Victoria vacation.

The condo was very clean, built w/ high-end materials, fully equipped, nicely decorated, & centrally located w/ just a 5-minute walk from the back of the Empress Hotel to the Harbor. From the condo's panoramic windows & balcony (9th floor), one can view the Parliament Buildings during the day as well as nights when illuminated. The host was very communicative, nice, & welcoming. It was a bit tricky to figure out the directions on getting inside and accessing specific parts of the building. but not impossible!

The property was very clean, comfortable, safe and the view was marvelous!

The key retrieval system wasn’t working the way it should, but the owners were nice and accessible and made arrangements to meet us to get the key. However, if you are traveling with more than one person, it is inconvenient to have only the one key and “fob.” Everyone must travel together because the fob is needed to enter the building. Also the bedrooms are tiny so be prepared for that. Tricky to open suitcases and get to your belongings.

Great location for seeing highlights of Victoria (downtown). Comfortable beds, clean, coffee and some water provided. We were pleased with the size of of the beds—they were listed as Queen and Full, but we think they may have been King and Queen…? Also, it wasn’t clear in the description but this unit does have two bathrooms. They are very nice and modern. The master has a tub and shower. The other bathroom has a large shower.

Apartment was booked for 4 adults. However the living area of the apartment only has one sofa, which only accommodates 3 people. Thankfully, there were 2 metal garden chairs on the balcony that we were able to bring into the living room to enable all 4 people to sit reasonably comfortably. Fridge needed to be cleaned on arrival - looked like it had not been clean for several weeks.

Apt wasn’t clean. There were no tissue paper in washroom. We had to clean the apt before existing our self ( wash dishes, clean towels and sheets, take out trash).

Location was quite. Host sent detailed notes on check in/check out.

Not well cleaned - dust bunnies, empty bottles and magazines under king bed, dust in other places, marks on walls etc. Ensuite shower needs a good scrub, and better water pressure. View is marred by the very dirty windows. Missing some kitchen things. No lights in living room area, only kitchen and dining table. Only the one couch to sit on in living area - a couple of small side chairs would help (we brought folding chairs). Only one key and door/parkade fob! a real challenge when people want to go out on their own. Having to go to the 7/11 key locker was a bit of a hassle, but not too bad. Be aware there is no nearby grocery store if you don't have a car. No separate bins for organic waste and recycling.

Location was great - very central, easy to walk to Beacon Hill Park, the harbour, downtown. Nice view of provincial legislature building lit up at night, though this may change due to construction across the street. Nice open plan living space with dining table and couch. Two bedrooms with bathrooms were good for our family group. Smaller bathroom had nice shower. Host was pretty responsive - we had only one garbage bag, and they arranged delivery of more by the next day.
