The location is perfect! 2 minutes walk from Clifton Hill. The staff was friendly, polite, and helpful when needed. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was tasty.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel and was impressed by the excellent service and convenient location. The amenities were great, and the room was clean and comfortable. However, the property could benefit from some renovations to update the facilities and enhance the overall guest experience. With a bit of refurbishment, this hotel could be truly outstanding.

The hotel is located right next to an Indian restaurant that plays Punjabi music up until 1am extremely loud. Unfortunately our hotel room was placed near the street on which that restaurant played that music. Also, the parking lot had a lot of activity happening during the night (people playing music in their car, screaming, etc.).

I like how close it is to the lively Center Street of Niagara Falls. Plenty of restaurants, shops and activities in near distances. The WEGO bus system also operates near the hotel which allows for easy and flexible access to the general city. The hotel is obviously old like many other properties around the city, but the room was satisfactory for 2 nights.

Having to pay for parking. Even if it was cheaper it would have been better. But to pay over $20 was ridiculous. Also the indoor pool was too cold to swim in. The rooms weren’t as clean as o would have liked. I found old food under the foot of the bed and when my phone fell behind the bed I found someone’s old dirty underwear when I was looking for my phone.

There wasn’t much I didn’t like. Staff were friendly, breakfast was good. Overall great place.

The beds and pillows were to soft for me I was not able to sleep these 4 nights that I stayed also there was some people at night time been loud.

It’s outdated looking, needs a makeover. The toilet in my room you had to jiggle the handle in order for it to flush and stop making noise. It was very irritating. 😡 Also, the T.V. only had two channels 😳 and there were what appeared to be blood stains on the carpet near the second bed.

It was close to Clifton Hill and the Falls.
