You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesThe Cornerstone B and B was a great spot to stay and explore the Revelstoke area. The home and room were very clean and comfortable . Our host Sharie was very welcoming and gave us good suggestions for exploring and for an inside tip to one of our favorite hikes during our trip to western Canada. Breakfast was delicious and plenty to help us start our day. We like to meet and talk with other guests and prefer the home like feeling of the BnB.

Shari is a wonderful host. Her home is immaculate, comfortable and welcoming. We had tea and coffee facilities available and a hot and cold water dispenser. There were DVDs available and lots of leaflets for the surrounding area. Shari was very knowledgeable and informative about things to do, and places to eat. She checked our dietary requirements and prepared a wonderful breakfast for us. The area is beautiful and peaceful and the beds really comfortable, so we slept well. All toiletries, towels etc were of top quality. The home is easy to find, with safe parking. An excellent find, and we highly recommend this home.

The tea & coffee selection was extensive and there was a fridge for guests' personal use. Sharie kept everything sparkling clean. The bed was very comfortable and the towels and bathroom were pristine. I highly recommend Cornerstone Bed & Breakast for a delightful stay in Revelstoke.

The host was very accommodating in working with my dietary restrictions. My husband liked the simplicity of the presentation of the food. It was a very nice touch to have a selection of DVD’s. The host was sincere and most gracious and greeted us every time we returned to the B&B. We liked that this B&B was in a quiet residential area.

This lovely bed and breakfast was a pleasure to stay at. Our host was so gracious and her attention to detail was evident in all the amenities. The room was very quiet and relaxing, breakfast was plentiful and included fresh fruit. Our host answered our questions about the area and made several suggestion. We would love to stay there again should we return to Revelstoke.

We loved the ability to make ourselves comfortable in the common room as we did a little work in the evening. We could turn on the fireplace, enjoy some quiet music and use the properties dishes to have an apres ski snack.
