Shower, lamps and air conditioner in room not in good working order. Pool surroundings were shabby. Property is lovely but needs upgrading.

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was nice. Setting was lovely. Pool was nice.

Everything is run down (not dirty) and doesn’t quite look like the pictures on the hotel website.

Good value for money. Close to town. Comfortable beds and clean sheets. Lots of parking and space outside.

There is smelling in the room, I don't like, air condition is so old, and noise, when I booked, it said there was steam room, but we went there, no, it is different to advertisement

Our room had issues, outlets were old and didn’t hold my phone charger, only one light worked, had trouble with faucet in tub, floor was coming up, bathroom was dirty. Drapes were coming off the rod, and it looked like there was a bullet hole went through the front window. Wasn’t sure but there looked like mold on the ceiling. Looks like at one time it was a very nice hotel, but it needs a lot of work, to bring it back to life.

Was a nice basic, no frills breakfast. Toaster and microwave was available. It was plenty to eat before our long drive.

Breakfast wasn't available until 8am!. We and some others had to leave earlier which meant we missed out on the breakfast. Pool area and gardens were run down. Room smelt musty. Socket wasn't available.to use coffee machine.

No fan in bathroom - very steamy, no clock, a/c quite loud, minimal # of towels. Could have had info in room, eg general site and house keeping info, local restaurants and activities etc. TV was small for the distance from beds. Continental breakfast was ok.

Price was reasonable...allowed us to stay 3 nights. Room is very basic, no frills...but sufficient as a 'home base' while we acted as tourists. Clean. Pet friendly.

The staff are not friendly at all. Everyone at the check-in, restaurant and check-out all seemed to hate their job, not personable at all. Although breakfast was free, it was all packaged food, and not good if you have celiac = bread, cereal, pastries. Only fruit and yogurt as an option. It’s a bit out of town so you need to drive anywhere.

It has two swimming pools - one outdoor and one indoor. Also breakfast was included.

Beds were uncomfortable, they could have been more firm. Pool are okay but the outside one should be renovated The coffee makers doesn't have any outlet close so I had to brew coffee in the bathroom Breakfast is really bad and management tried to save on every dollar spent

I like the location, green areas around the property to walk the dog. It's one of the cheapest hotels in town so I knew what to expect from the property. The price is fair and I got what I paid for, a cheap room for a day or two.

The rooms for sure need to be upgraded. Outside is beautiful but the room we were in #37 this time was very sad comparing to our last stay there. We stayed in a twin room again. Room #37 was clean BUT THE FLOORING! Ohmylord! The Laminated Flooring was all lifted away and had cracks everywhere cause they were separating! You had to be VERY CAREFUL where you stepped! The curtains were all falling down and the door had a huge opening at the bottom. The bathroom window was open and the door was closed. The window in the bathroom was filthy with cobwebs! Bed were so so comfort wise not this room!

The property needed maintenance and updates. I had the feeling the property had recently changed hands and perhaps the new owners have plans on doing maintenance gradually or in the off season. Tennis court needs resurfacing because now it is hard/grass combined and not suitable for playing on. Wood is many spots replacement and painting. Plastic patio sets need replacing. Breakfast needs expanding.

The old and ugly furniture and outdated design of the rooms and the restaurant. Very limited options for the breakfast.

The outdoor pool and the outdoor area of the hotel , the comfortable beds and nice washroom, the location.
