We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

CanadaUnfortunately ,for me I am a light sleeper . I guess my message wasn't received though Booking.com. so, not motels fault. When this was built traffic was alot less... I should have acted upon it, when I got there( at motel). Should have asked for a room change. ( my fault),but didn't realize, how busy that road was..I had asked for a room, in the back part of motel, but got put in front top floor. Road noise is bad. and walls thin . When booking a room, Ask for the 20's or low thirties, then you will be at the very back. If you are a sound sleeper no problem! Pool, weightroom and jaccuzzi are in a separate building .Change there (in the building ),as now Winter is upon us...(.here in the Northern hemisphere.)A little swiffering, on baseboardheaters, and lamps , hasn't been done in awhile.
room was spacious updated, nicely done, coffeemaker, fridge good t.v. nice bathroom.Staff very helpful , friendly courteous.nice to go into jaccuzzi.Nicely kept Older style .I love those type....if soundproofed well.

We stayed over night so we did not use the pool or have breakfast at the motel. Staff was friendly, and the room was comfortable and quiet. It was off season and cool during the day so we did not go to any bench.

CanadaThe floor needs to be washed. I had to wear socks because my feet were getting black from the floor. My socks ended up being very dirty. More hooks in the bathroom needed. The deck of the pool needs washing. The light outside the room didn't work. The tub floor was slippery. A rubber mat to place on the tub floor would have been safer. The bed spreads look old and need updating.
Very nice pool. Updated room smelled clean. The beds and pillows are comfortable. Roomy refrigerator. Plenty of towels. Nice bathroom.

CanadaThe smell of the clean room smelled as though some type of coverup smell was used. It smelled powdery and unnatural. It was an obnoxious smell. Clean has no smell.

CanadaI couldn’t receive CNN or CNBC on the cable service, not a big problem but something which is often offered. The desk chair was worn out and sagging in the seat. The fridge was extremely loud as it ran (getting louder with every minute it ran until finally a big click then it turned off - this every 45 minutes. It kept me awake and woke me up in the night. The smoke detector above the bed had a little green light which dimly lit the area - and disturbed me as I tried to go to sleep and there was no way to cover it up. (I was able to cover up the red microwave light and the blue TV box light). I wish I’d brought a sleep mask and ear plugs which would have solved these problems.
The room was nicely equipped with a microwave, larger fridge, coffee maker with tea/coffee. The room was a good size and was extremely clean. I liked the idea of the pool, sauna and hot tub but didn’t have time to use them as I was there for the Alice Munro Writers Festival and quite busy.
