Like most places in Vancouver especially near cruise change over days, pretty expensive. If you are staying for a quick one nighter, you would probably be better looking for a clean and comfortable alternative at a lower price point, as you do not really get a chance to appreciate the quality.

Large, modern, comfortable and clean apartment, seperate kitchen and even a study with PC and great views. Helpful staff. In good location close to shopping and eateries.

This hotel is absolutely perfect. The apartment is clean, well-equipped, and very spacious. The service is excellent, and the staff are friendly. It's also very convenient for dining and shopping, with a great location.

I thought the room layout could have been better - there was ample space, but the kitchen was very small, as were the bathrooms (two of them), but this is not something that can be easily changed (requires an entire structural change probably). The only other issue we faced was the outside noise - being in a great location there were music bands playing nearby, and fire trucks etc., and the room was not soundproofed very well.

This was a great value stay in Vancouver - it is in a fantastic location close to lots of shops, many of which are luxury, and restaurants. The staff are very nice. The lobby is amazing, and the room has everything you need (except for a washing machine if your stay is long (there was one on a different level from our room)).

The suite was fabulous for our stay prior to our cruise. Onsite laundry, great location - handy to restaurants and a great little supermarket opposite where we purchased our food and then we were able to cook for ourselves. Very spacious

It was very convenient to be right downtown and so close to the waterfront and restaurants. The café across the street was very useful to pick up a quick meal and groceries. Very happy with everything.

Very few ceiling lights so it can be a bit dark and can also be hard to find lamp switches when you first come in.

The staff here are always incredibly accommodating. Check-in is at 4. We arrived off a cruise ship at about 9. They held our bags and emailed around 12 saying that we could check in.

Perfect place to stay with family. Two room type was big and enough space for 4 persons. There were 2 bathrooms which is perfect to share with family. The location was in center and so closed to Robson street within walking distance. The grocery and alcohol shop was so close to the hotel. There has hotel parking at the underground which cost 37 CAD per night.

The location is perfect for Vancouver tourism hot spots, near many restaurants and coffee shops. We loved the layout—kitchen, storage room for luggage, separate bedroom, living room, balcony. The view was spectacular!

I struggled bringing in all my bags and was not offered help. I arrived the night before my wedding with a wedding dress and several bags and was not offered help even though there was 6 staff at the front desk. It would have been nice if even one person offered to help me with my trolley. They all saw me walk in front of reception at 10:30pm looking like I needed help.

Vancouver is very expensive for accommodation (more than London) but it is what it is if you want decent accommodation

Good location (15 minute walk to waterfront). Staff are very helpful and pleasant! My original room was noisy and they found another room without any bother. All bedding/towels are good quality. Kitchenette well stocked with large fridge - good to have after a big day sightseeing Good gym and the laundry (paid for with a card you buy in laundry) was great to have when you’re travelling ! Lots of high-end shops , restaurants cafes nearby and good CBD vibe. I felt safe in the area
