Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The breakfasts were fantastic. The location in downstairs was convenient for us. We used ALMOST every morning. Tall John and Deklin were extremely excellent waiters in the breakfast area.

The room was spacious. The staff was very helpful. Good restaurant - ate multiple meals there. Free bus passes, farthest hotel but walkable to downtown. Worth the walk for such a great stay. Gym/Hot tub - not ready as of June 2024.

The parking onsite is included in the room cost and is spacious. Most of their parking is underground. The parking that is not underground is protected by a roof.

Hotel seems to be brand new. Room was perfect…large, clean, great bathroom, fireplace. Staff was friendly. Location was about a 20 minute walk to the main strip. Bus stop to downtown is right in front of the hotel so we took the bus quite a lot.

Staff very friendly with exceptional service. Room, clean and well appointed. Food excellent and views from room were incredible. Overall the hotel exceeded our expectations and we would stay there again.

United StatesThe 20-minute walk to the town centre can be too much after a long day of hiking in the mountains. We spent some time waiting for the bus when we didn't feel like walking, sometimes up to 20minutes, but it was free and ultimately convenient, so can't complain too much.
This property is just on the edge of the town so it was quiet. Great scenery from the balcony. Rooms were clean and comfortable although any conversations in the hallway could be heard in the room at night. I really loved the toiletries that were provided as well. The hotel provides guests with a bus pass (valid on routes 1,2,4 and 6) which were sufficient to get to and from the city and some nearby attractions like Lake Minnewanka.

United StatesThe only problem we had was the central heat for the hotel was quite warm and we could not get our room down below about 75 degrees even with the AC on. The facilities are still under construction/renovation so there is some construction traffic/noise. The fireplace wasn't working, but the maintenance crew fixed it right away.
Our room was wonderful with a great balcony and fireplace looking at the mountains around Banff. The pouch you receive at check in with fresh ground coffee, real creamer, sugar, tea is a very nice touch. Located at the far end of Banff Ave, it is a distance to walk or take mass transit to town, but it's not a problem.
